I resigned

Today, 31st January 2012, I resigned, after almost three years with Malaysia's well renowned GLC, which focus on palm oil plantations as its core business. I got another offer from another company, with better package and learning experience. At first, before floating the letter to my boss, I was doubting myself. You see, here in my current company, we have damn loyal staffs who serve the Group for 38 years. Let me spell it out for you, thirty eight freakin years. Makes you wonder doesn't it?

At first, when I joined the Group, I was thinking, this is the place that I want to retire. This is the place that I want to devote my career to. This is he place, I want to grow old with. I was wrong. Politics here is like daily hurricane. Casualties everyday. The gap between the staffs and the management team are indescribable, especially in the terms of daily wage etc. That, and the fact that once you are good at doing something, you will be stuck there doing the same thing for eternity. Well, at least until they can find single attractive girls to replace you, which you will have to train, for no reason. This is a common with male managers, once they let the dick do the thinking for them. Classic example; a senior exec lays out a manpower planning in front of a General Manager, asking for his feedback. Astoundingly, the GM asked back the poor guy," What's your opinion on it?" Yep, that's the dick talking all rite. And this guy manages the most profitable arm of the Group. What a joke.

Well, I don't what to sound like a sour grape. I learned a lot of things, succeeded in lots of projects and most importantly, I managed to meet lots of young, honest talented people. These people in my opinion, pushes the lifeline of the Group, but not recognized as the management teams cant see them riding their motorbikes or driving their old Wiras from their Beemers' dashboard. Cant blame them 100%. These people, made lots of things possible, and the dinosaurs of the Group watch in envy. Life is simple. Evolve or die. I went to one of the offices today, and to my dissapointment, after countless of application to join them, they still hire skirts there, for at least 80% of the new hirings.

The company that I am going, is located further from my place. Its smaller in operations scale. But hey, it offers me something that my current place can't; new learning experience. Well, the money is good too , chuckles.Sure, its not as shiny as the current company, but I believe people make the brand. Not vice versa.

So I will be reporting for duty on the 1st of March. This will be my fourth job. I give myself 2 years to learn everything, before I make my next move. Actually my notice period is three months, but since the next company is ready to pay my notice period, well, it is going to be a quick shortcut for me then. Plus February is a short month. Well, what ever it maybe, I will as usual, blend it, respect the culture, recognize possible allies and get up close and personal for possible, 'adversaries' Life as I see it, goes on..

Well, it really has been sometime since I have updated this thing. Just got a good increment, thanks boss. My wife is now a trainee teacher. Life is all good alhamdulillah. I am not with the HR folks anymore, I am more into customer relationship now. Am enjoying my work so far.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker Review

Disclaimer : If you have not played this game, GO AWAY. This review is fortified with spoilers. Do not say I didn't warn you.

Well, it took Kojima Productions four long years to produce a true sequel of Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater. Not to say Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops was a bad game, but it was not needed. Kojima Production really listened to their fans and corrected everything with MGS Peace Walker. I would consider MGS Peace Walker is some sort of a public apology of the latter game. And, apology accepted. PSP has become the home for Big Boss' tales, from Portable Ops to Peace Walker, thus making Metal Gear series, staple in its lineup and I would say, extremely critical in this success. Thus making Konami milking this series with a lot of collectible items such as below.
Any MGS fanboy wouldn't give two hoots in getting them. Its the ultimate bragging right among these posers. Unless you kids gets a Big Boss rating in your game, don't even bother. Okay? Lets get to it.

Graphics

This is PSP's graphical power house. Big Boss is extremely detailed, you can even see his hairs and beards, sometimes they are few segments in the game, look better than MGS3 on Playstation 2. Its true. Kojipro even updated the bump engine, and each CQC performed, of performed at the correct place and time, may result in a very advantageous situation. For example, if you throw the poor guy on the wall, instant knock out. Throw him under the tank's thread, instant death for him. And look at the jungle scenery of the game. Its freaking beautiful. I really like how the jungle is fully interactive, you can see leaves and grass swaying when you walk by, the rivers run smooth, its picture perfect. I am not exaggerating, since its the truth. Its a vast improvement over Portable Ops. Big Boss moves fluidly and the enemy soldiers does the same too. Really managed to catch the scenery of the 70s. And lets not forget about those gigantic mechs. Its really amazing on how Kojipro managed to squeeze the details in a limited 1.8 gb UMD. To add to that, Ashley Wood's art made the cut scenes really alive. There are segments in the game where the artistic cut scenes contains quick time event, where you will have to punch in the sequence of buttons according to the display on the screen. This is the first time, a 2 D art given that kind of treatment, and the result is awesome. Really keeps you on the edge of your seats.

Audio
Playing this game without your headphones is an act of sin. Seriously. From the roar of the AIs and the monsters, to the chirping sounds of wild birds in Costa Rica, this game got it all. And this game contains a lot of audio clues especially on the footsteps of the enemies, the dropping of the bullet shells etc. There are parts in the game Big Boss has to use the Sony Walkman (take that you money gobbling Microsoft) to fight the bosses. Like any typical MGS game, this game too employs orchestral sounds fused by a bit of 70's music flavor to pull the players into the flower era. Big Boss, voiced by David Hayter, sounds old. Hayter really tried to convey the message to the players that, Big Boss is getting old. He is an old guy who is out for a death wish. Huey, who is voiced by Christopher Randolph, sounds EXACTLY like Otacon. wtf. At least Hayter tried to change his tone, but I am not getting that from Randolph. Seriously Kojima, I think these two fellas have over burned their roles and for the next installment, I hope you guys get different guys to voice them.

Gameplay

Close quaters combat, or CQC is back, and its 'friendlier' then ever. When ever Big Boss is near a possible victim, the CQC icon lights up and its black out for the poor fella. And now, CQC throws are really close to Judo throws. I guess Big Boss really took what Volgin said too seriously when they met in Grozny Grad. Its extremely easy to pull and you newbies can be pulling CQCs like a veteran bad ass in two minutes time. This is the meat of Big Boss' combat. This game is packed with a lot of guns, but I am not too interested in them since CQCs does the job better, quieter and I hate to kill people in MGS. Also, like MGS Portable Ops, we can also deploy our soldiers to be mercenary in other countries, resulting in more $$$ for the research dept. This game is like the Gran Turismo of Private Military companies, and to add to that, getting the parts from the AIs will also result in you, making your very own Metal Gear. How cool is that. Oh ya, this game also contains co-op wifi missions as well as wifi battles. Its so integral in the game as this game is all about squad infiltration.

Re-playability

This game contains a very high replay value. You will have hundreds of mercenary missions to play and monsters to hunt. Even Kojima himself is inside the game. Lots of weapons and gears to be discovered inside the game, even when you have finished the main missions. And you will have your 'Outer Haven' to beef up. Will definitely be inside my PSP for a long long time.

Minus Points

No game is perfect. This game, its the hold up sequence. I dont understand why the soldiers will lie down once held at gun point. I know it looks cool, but I really miss the ball crunching sessions like MGS4. That's it. One point.

What is next for MGS PSP?

One thing disturbs me. Please listen to all Miller's tapes, especially on how he met
Big Boss. Bla bla bla, samurai bla bla.. until one sentence that really raised my eye brow.

Big Boss met Gray Fox (Null) in Portable Ops. So he is there. Among famous Foxhound members are Solid Snake and Gray Fox. Maybe, in the next game, we get to meet the rookie, Solid Snake. And for those of you who played Metal Gear Snake's commanding Officer is Big Boss. If that is the case, I predict this game took place between MG and MG2 Solid Snake, or MSF is Big Boss' side project. I think, the next game will be, Metal Gear Solid : Foxhound. That story is still untold. I hope, Kojima develops the next game for Playstation 3. Establishing Foxhound plays a pivotal part in MGS universe, and Big Boss is in his prime when he established it. MGS4 was a very important game for Playstation 3, really drop everybody's jaw on the floor. And I think, it still can be pushed to deliver the ultimate Metal Gear experience. To quote Zero,

Its a Long Weekend

Its a long weekend, thanks to Wesak Day falling on Friday, today to be exact. Paycheck is in, so everything is good. I was strolling along the Toys Dept at Wangsa Maju Carrefour, and guess what, I found this guy for RM 30 (around USD10) Its freaking awesome. I have to admit, I am not a bug fan of the Animated line, but Optimus Prime for RM30? Its a sin not to buy him. Few comments from me, the built and the mold is tough, and the colors are vibrant, but the plastic feels cheap. One huge plus, it transforms FINE. Oh ya, its a Voyager class. Fine by me.

So I rented The Army of Two 40th Day. Well, I was glad I rented it. Because it was HORRIBLE. The graphics are so shitty. Everybody looks so muddy. The atmosphere was dark, and in the darkness, PIXELLATED PARTAYY!The audio was very bad, there were times where I had choppers flying above my goddamned head, but I cant hear its rotors. Fuck. And lets not start about the story. Freaking ridiculous. It has no plot what so ever, and its extremely linear. The only moment I had fun in the game is in the 'bromance' minigames. The rock, paper, sicors, the 'manly hugs' between Rios and Salem. The morality judgement adds nothing to the story line, its either you risk you ass to get a rifle butt from some random Chinese, or, just pump the lead, full, terrorists and hostages alike. Hey, if I was Rios, in a city that is scheduled to go to Timbuktoo, I will be busy saving, MY OWN ASS. And whats up with Salem sounding like Chris Redfield? I chuckled.

Now me and the wife are busy with the Eyepet, a very good virtual pet simulator, and I love how Sony integrated PS Eye with this. Now I see the potential for Move and I cant wait for it to be released.

Ok so I haven't update this blog for quite a some time. I was admitted to a hospital, a month ago due to acidic attack in my tummy. I went to Ampang Putri Specialist Centre. I had a very very bad experience there. The nurses can only push the wheel chair and give you jabs, but with out a doctor, they can't even think on their own. And the doctor who was treating me, didn't even touch me. After my acid attack went away, they gave me a wrong medicine, resulting in allergy. I really thought I was going to die. My family already recited Yassin. Luckily, my wife gave me the spirit to fight back. And here I am.

Next month is my wife's birthday. I was thinking to get a camera for her, since she loves to take pictures. She deserves a good camera, so I am going to scout for a good camera for her in Low Yat. I just got her an NDS XL. So far she is loving the wacky games for it and its camera function. Now lets see if I can get a good deal in Low Yat.

Now, its Performance appraisal time. So every body is very very touchy about work. And my boss, asked me to slash my team's rating. Which I will not do. For me, they have performed and its their right to get good bonuses. I wont slash it, I'll leave that to my boss. At least, I can sleep at night.

I rented Dante's Inferno for my Playstation 3. An awesome game, dont get me wrong. But brings nothing new to action game genre. Too many rip offs from Sony's God of War series. Its like watching a good comedian ripping other good comedians' jokes, you will spend your time wondering whose material is it. Warning, if you want to play this game, really, leave your religious baggage outside the house. Just enjoy the game for the sake of enjoying it. That's what I did, so I enjoyed it.

Next week I will be finally get my God of War 3. The game was released sometime in March, but due to financial issues, I can only get it now. Ah, like I care. Its going to be a sweet weekend next week.

I am now already 24hours in Final Fantasy XIII, and on chapter 10. Its true what they say, the game only begins to excite when you reach that 20 hours mark. Why? Because that is the time when you finally have full control of your party. I am not busy mining the chrysentium points and leveling up my party. Good game, but the enemies are unforgiven in terms of their difficulty. I have n0 problems with the new attack system. Hoping I can max up everybody before curfew begins for..

Its just plain awesome. I mean, sending and email asking me questions, then after my reply, includes my boss in the CC list. AWESOME. And what kind of faggotry is that? We work to RESOLVE ISSUES, not finger pointing. Dont tell me, after your wretched birth, you have never made any mistakes, at all? Fuck it. I am talking about two women that literally are out for blood, always looking for mistakes from my team. Shared services means shared responsibilities, not finger pointing. Applied for the vacancy, still no news on it. I hope I can get the position in HR, any position, I dont care, as long as its in HR. I am not going to be screwed anymore. Its too much. Clear and Present Danger

Today I am on medical leave. My back is killing me, as a result of me lacking in exercise.

Yesterday me and my wife were washing the house. It has been a while since we did it,so the
hard work really got the best to us. But the feeling of a clean and hygienic house is awesome.
I sent Kimi, our family furkid to my parents.Kinda missing her so I am going to get fetch her later.
After all, I deserve this rest. I just wanna kick back and enjoy the day. Maybe later I will take my wife to
see Clash of the Titans.

The division's head boss, the one who I am taking care of now has offically invited me to join his division.
Thats awesome. Someone told me before, join only if the head boss invites you.. and it has happened.
He said that an advertisement of the job will be out and he wants me to join. Me?
I have no problem. GSC is, in my opinion, dying a slow painful death anyways. True, my team mebers are
depending on me, but let's face it,I have a family to feed. That tracendence overything.
Big bonus, good pay, awesome boss, what more could I ask for..

I just my PS3 Slim Malaysia edition last 3 weeks, with Final Fantasy XIII as a free gift. Awesome. I noticed this
small beast runs extremely quite. So I am still now busy, redownloading all of the games stored in the PSN server.
So until now, its still downloading. This is my small review of the thing.

Looks
Well, frankly speaking, I hate the looks. It looks like a PSP battery, looks cheap and fragile.
I like the chrome finishing tho. But I have one beef, why on earth the 'PS' button can't
be rotated according to the way we set the thing? I noticed the USB port got somekind
of an enhancement, they now look expensive. Thats a good thing. But definately the
small size is a huge plus.

Feel
I like the matte finish. It feels slick and really invites some design to be air brushed on (ermmm) The chrome
finishing like I said earlier is awesome, and despite of what people say, the power and eject button feels solid
when pressed. I like how the buttons have their oen light, really beautiful when watching a movie in a dark room.
And the PS3 trimming is GOOD. Its like I can shove any paint there and its still gonnabe awesome.

Okay thats my review of the system, basically its a smaller sized PS3. So the OS etc is still the same, only thing missing is
'Other OS' which later Sony removed completely due to Geohotz claming he can run a custom firmware using that feature. Sony,
being paranoid and all, removed it completely. Me? I dont care. I dont have any third party OS on my PS3 and I am tired playing
cat and mouse with Sony like the previous generation. I just want to enjoy my games, thats all.

Okay, I am deep into Final Fantasy XIII now,once I reach certain point in the game, I will write a small review on it. Thats one game,
my backlogs are:

Afterwards I am going to the bank to settle the instalments of my car and my personal loan. Sad thing CIMB cant accept transfer from Maybank 2 u, so I have to drag my lazy ass to the brick and mortar bank to actually transfer the funds. sighs.

Ok, I am 110% in charge of Sime Darby Energy now, besides Plantations. Habibah, the old team leader left. The lady is paid a hefty 7ks per month, but still, she cant handle the pressure. Me? I honestly dont know. All I know, I have been bending too much and that makes me an easy target for a 'mass slaughter' should anything goes wrong. People do not respect me or my team, so now I have to become a bitch to stop further damage. Last week I had a bit of a drama with the snobbish Payroll team leader, where they claim my people is not competent enough to handle the data resulting in wrong payroll result and they had to rerun the damn thing several times. So I, being a bitch countered back that we need another layer of checking and not some whiny old people that deserves to be beaten up in the car park. In the end, my boss agreed with my proposal and he wants payroll team to check my team's data. I WIN. The thing that was making me pissed is, in actual fact, my team finished their input on Wednesday, but the assholes ran the payroll on weekends, so when crap happens, they want us to be on stand by at the office. what the fuck. What happened to the 2 days while we were all in the office? The reason they want to run the payroll on weekend is they want to claim over time and call back allowance. This is downright robbery. And some people do not want dirty money, like one of them who just come to the office on weekends to claim this payment, he is not actually working but busy surfing EPL's result. No wonder his wife left him. I told them that I do not permit my team to go to office on weekends. Anything, I am the god damned DAM. They will have to go thru me first. I want my team to have a good rest and spend time with their loved ones. So, am I a bad boss because of that?

Isn't that just awesome? No seriously. Its fucking awesome. And this is for PSP. PSP. PSP. Its not even in HD. Damn. I blame Bill Gates on why its not coming to next gen console. Kojima is afraid, his bosses will succumb to the almighty dollar in porting the damn game for a DVD. Look at what happened to FFXIII. No towns. Who do you blame? DVD. This is the age of Blu ray. Sorry folks this is the truth. If its in DVD, Kojima might as well port it for PS2. LOL

This Sunday I will finally re-buy PS3, Slim this time. Cant wait. And with that, goodbye Facebook.

The Best Metal Gear Solid game

Ok, lets kill time before I repurchase my PS3 slim. If only Finance folks use their goddamned brains to pay my travel claims on time, I would have not written this piece, instead I am sure I would be playing Final Fantasy XIII now. Pricks.

Anyways, here is my pick, the best MGS game in the series. For me, its , Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater *clap clap* Ok. Let me give my points.

1. The story

MGS3 tells us the story for a lone olsider that travels to Russia to extract one defected Russian scientist, only to find out that he must also eliminate his mentor. Melancholic. The plot really reminds me of old Bond movies. Also, lets not forget, this game's setting was in the 60's. And, in Russia. Past Metal Gears (in Sony's console) happened in the future, but not this one, and MGS, being a game that is incorporated with real life army tech, tried to fit the 60s flavour, the guns, the vehicles, the people and the fashion. I really like the ending where Eva said,

"No she is not a traitor, far from that. She is a hero, and everything she did, she did for her country"

Fricking sad if you ask me. And, Naked Snake, being a man, is so strong to discover he was a tool for the Philosophers. I love how he was injured and tortured and 'brought back to life' to face his fate. And, The Sorrow's prediction that he was going to be killed by his son is totally wrong..HAHA. Big Boss in MGS4 dies of Foxdie. NOT by the hands of Solid Snake.

2. The food system

Okay you are basically a commando. And was dispatched into a vast jungle to accomplish your mission. You have a normal army gear, not those sneaking suit that is so damn tight and burns calories slower. You gotta eat. And that is what Naked Snake is doing in the vast jungles. The different effects of the food, the poisons, the rotten food. Awesome. You can even defeat one of the bosses by simply feeding him rotten mangoes. How awesome is that? And the term Snake Eater is actually a real term used to describe US Rangers.I was only wondering, why cant we eat dogs and the vultures in the game?

3. The tech/weapons

I like how the suppressors deteriorate after extensive usage. And we have a whole range of Cold War weapons. TNTs, etc. Awesome research by Kojima Production.

4. Close quarters combat

This is the meat of the game. This is the FORTE of the game. I really like the fact that if we are caught in the ALERT more, we can CQC the hostiles instead of running away. This is Big Boss GODDAMNIT!! And Big Boss never runs from the battlefield. Try playing MGS1 or 2, just imagine they had this inside the game, then I'd give MGS2 the Best MGS series ever. Seriously.

5. The Cobra Unit

Okay, we have here, THE COOLEST line up of villains in video games history. Before them, it was the Foxhound. But since Cobra has the Sorrow, who is practically a ghost, it was an easy win for them. A fricking ghost.The Fury, The End, The Boss, The Sorrow, The Fear and The Pain. Awesome.

6. Camo system

Soldiers = camouflage. As simple as that. I really like how the choice of the camo really affect the gameplay. With the correct camo, you can be, INVISIBLE. And to get those boss' camo, you need to defeat them with non lethal attacks, drain their stamina. Each camo has its own ups and down. But my personal favourite is ..

You gain this from defeating The Sorrow, well, actually just walk to the end of the canal of death. You can practically absorb the soldier's fatigue and your footsteps will be muffled as long as you wear this. Awesome. Perfect for holding up the hostiles. But one comment, changing the camo to the suitable one is a bit tedious. You will have to go the system menu to equip different camo. This is where octo camo wins. But nevertheless, the feeling of getting an enemy to get by pass you unnoticed is sweet.

7. Boss @ The Joy

Well, I was supposed to buy my new PS3 slim today. Since Finance folks told me that my travel claims should be banked in by today. I contacted them back today, and it turns out that it will be only be banked in next Friday. What the fuck. Well, I got to know that switching motherboard is useless in my PS3's case. So now, I dont want Wetfusion to waste his time on my PS3, pity the guy. Thanks Wet, eventho mission failed, I hope you had fun. So, no choice for me but to buy a new Malaysian PS3 Slim. And, the games that I owe myself.

Now, my role is back with Plantations team and, Energy team. Yep, two in one. I met the HR people there, and boy are they nasty. Engineers, what can you expect. They will not fix things that are not broken. So I promised them to get things back on track in 3 months time. That will be my mammoth task.

I noticed something, people tend to be nice to you when they want something. There was this incident that required me to ask help from my trusted business partner, to my surprise, she responded..
"I dont know, please dont involve me. I dont care, its your problem"

Holy cow. And last few months I helped her housing claim, even though she submitted way past the cut off. This really taught me a good lesson. Ah well,..

According to Wetfusion's blog, the mission has failed. Its due to the fact that the RSX chip had another metal connector on top of it, so to REALLY pull the thing out, we need a decent reballing machine. So in this case, he managed to pull the little bastard out but its damaged. No worries Wetfusion, the normal friend of success is failure, what seperates the winners from the losers is losers stopped trying, while winners will try until they succeed. He suggested me to get a new mother board for my PS3. I thought to myself, in my PS3's HDD, they are a lot of memories that I cant get back no matter what I do, my wedding pictures, my wife's and my graduation pictures, not to mention all those memories we picked up along the way. So I said, so BE IT. Change the motherboard.So its ROUND TWO!

Apparently the other people who re-flowed my PS3's mother board didnt do a good job, tidy at least. The mother board is in a really bad shape, according to Wt, there are traces of white liquid on it,what, that the fuck was the people doing to my baby!!!!!White fluidd>>>??!! The HELLL!!!!

This is a brake or make project, and like what I told Wetfusion, I dont mind if cant exorcise the demons that possessed my PS3. I dont mind being a lab rat. All the best Wetfusion!

We've apparently made it through the worst of the storm, friends. We've received a number of tips informing us that the internal clock bug that was affecting non-Slim PS3s for the past 24 hours has been fixed, rendering all games playable once more. We tempted fate shortly after receiving these reports by testing out a few of our PS3 Phat units and can confirm that they're running games just fine. Additionally, our "lost" Trophies appear to be properly re-synced to our PSN accounts.

The extent of the damage incurred during the bug-out is unknown, but will likely surface in the next few hours. No Joystiq staffers lost any of their hard-earned Trophy data, but we're an awfully small sample group for a problem that affected every living being on Earth.

Update: PlayStation Blog confirms that PSN service has been restored and all PS3 systems should be operating normally.

Launch the game for which you're trying to restore Trophies and it should automatically recreate a Trophy data set on your PS3's memory, which you can then sync with the PSN server (just by opening up your Trophy list in the XMB). Our Heavy Rain Trophies had vanished, but this trick brought them back from the ether.

Q. The time and date on my PS3 are wrong. How do I fix this?

A. Under Settings in the XMB, then under the Time/Date settings, you should be able to set your console to automatically sync the time and date via the internet.

PS3 Phat Internal Clock Disaster

A wide rash of game-crashing errors is spreading among the PS3-owning community at the moment, most of which can be chalked up to a 8001050F error code. This has led to a variety of unfortunate side-effects for those affected, including corrupted trophy information and an inability to access the PSN. When combined, those two issues prevent players from launching certain games, such as Heavy Rain, without being kicked back to the XMB.

We've contacted Sony to find out what's causing the issue, and when we can expect to get back to chasing down the Origami Killer. He might just be able to make a clean getaway while we suffer through this downtime.

Update: Sony has acknowledged the issue, and is "looking into it." We've yet to hear an official word on what the problem is, though it seems to be a bit larger than just the PSN. Owners of PS3 Phats are reporting that the date on their console has reverted to 12/31/1999, which is likely the cause of the data-corrupting errors. Some Phat-owners have reported receiving the errors while their console was offline, which is upsetting, to say the least. We'll let you know when we hear official word from Sony.

It should reach him in Kuantan tomorrow. He should reball the thing and that is my last resort to repair the poor thing. We went thru a lot. Well, back to Guitar Hero Rock the 80s

My PS3 was decommissioned on the 1st of November,2009. Today is 27th Feb, that means I have been shrouded with Cell Engine emptiness for 119 days already. Yup that long. That Yellow light of death plagued my PS3, making it unplayable..so I had to return to my faithful PS2. Yes, basically no more new games coming out for it. But this is the time for me to finish Grandia3, Rouge Galaxy and lots of RPGs. Hey I finally finished Final Fantasy XII during this period, after two years its released. Heavy Rain was released, and it is having a lot of good reviews. Uncharted 2 blew everybody out of the water. And some game called..
God of War 3. Well, this franchise never dissapointed anybody at any time. An end of a planned trilogy, and this game is going to be released ANYTIME. Well, it is eating me a bit inside everyday, thinking I am missing this game. I know, for me its enjoyment is slightly delayed, but yeah, reading its thread everywhere on the net is painful. Then to add more salt to the wound, another game is going to be released in 20 days time, some game from Japan..

Final Fantasy XIII . Another installment of the long running franchise, that was the crowd pleaser in each E3. Fanboys already finished their cosplays..ehem..

I am willing to bet on my ass , that at least 2 of these, 'interesting' people didnt even play the goddamned game. I have never missed any Final Fantasy games on Playstation console, so this is also, a mixed feeling for me. And finally, the behemoth of driving simulation..
Gran Turismo 5. With thousands of cars with thousands of tuning possibilities, its a really breathing online motoring city. Well, this is also the game why I bought my PS3 in the first place. Each time I prepared my budget to purchase another PS3, something always come up. This Monday I am going to post my PS3 to Wetfusion Enterprise in Kuantan to be reballed, my last hope to see it back to life. I miss my gaming sessions, and with the big names coming, its very painful. Alas, I am going to repair the thing. God be with me, I hope my PS3 breaths back. Amen.

Well..basically today me and the wife had a very productive day. We cleared all our monthly 'commitments' alhamdulillah..now finally I can answer the anonymous callers on my cell..
We stopped at NZ Wangsa Maju for lunch. We had rice anf fish head curry. It was GOOD. It has been a while since we had anything really nice. My wife really enjoyed it. Me too. Add that with fried chicken and fried egg...awesome. It was a delightful lunch. We had Milo and iced coffee. All for RM17++. Good price, good food.When the belly is full, the day was beautiful..ok that was lame..

Then we stopped Plaza Idaman Gombak..I had my haircut and shave..wow..but the barber shaved me..and blood was included...oh well, cant blame the guy..my beard is damn thick. My dad have no beard, my granny told me that I took that from my late grand dad..he was tall too..but not fat..lol.. anyways..that was RM12..oklah ..not that expensive..but the shaving was painful..

Later, we had a meal at Secret Receipe .. ate a cake each..mine was Black Forest, my wife..something about cheese..and to our surprise, they had a promotion, free coffee with every piece of cake, from 3pm to 5 pm every day. Awesome..Expensive coffee..it was awesome I may add...a mouthful..

Then we were off to Carrefour..Bought the usual monthly groceries, Not that expensive I may add. Ok lah..around RM130 there. A lot of offers there.. So you can expect people crawling like maggots. But surprisingly the cashier was very fast. We went back..and..I am booting..Grandia 3..

Some times, people forget things that have been told to them. Purposely? I dont know, you tell me. Sometimes I order fried rice with fried egg, hold the sauce. Still, the guy gave me the sauce. I mean, come on?! I am actually saving you of your sauce, but you still pour the damn thing in. Was I talking in Swahilli? Or should I use sign language? My colleague, who I have already informed that I have problem to travel overseas before, still raised my travel warrant (air ticket to you) I had to 'remind' him the damn thing. And sometimes, I am thinking this is actually an act of sabotage.

Next week, to be exact, 1st March, I will take over Singapore operations. A lot of people want me to fail, well, I dont plan to. I have my strategy, and I dont care. It worked with my current team, and I bet my cute ass it will work with Singapore team. Lets show them I can do it.

Financially I am a bit tight this month. Well, basically I have to pay double of everything. I think everything's gonnabe fine. Lets hope so. I cant stand it anymore, and I do make ends meet. Insyallah..

This drink is called, Lambada Ice Coffee. You can only get the thing at a small mamak shop somewhere behind Wisma Sime Darby. Its RM1.70, but the taste is made is heaven. The rich coffee tasted coupled with fresh milk that invites the sense of belonging to the drinker, ah no word can describe the rich brew of this drink. Its addicting actually, and I dont blame those who are already addicted. I dont know, how can I manage when my office moves to Ara Damansara by the end of this year. Yummy.

Week of Hell

I dont know what actually happened this week, daily meetings at Wisma Consplant, crazy meetings with Claudia, add hoc meetings with my boss..meetings here meetings there..but nothing is resolved. I cant say I am happy about it, because for me, meetings are supposed to resolve things, but I see no resolution here..sighs..

Last Wednesday, I dont know what happened to Kimi. She was jumping around here and there early in the morning, and she decided my wife's face was a good platform to jump on. Because of that, my wife's face was badly scrathed, and blood was gushing all over. I took her to Ampang Putri, waited for like 3 freaking hours of the doctor. What is this? Ampang Putri was supposed to be a private (note, expensive) hospital, but the quality of the services offered there is crap. Waiting, and was informed the doctor was on leave. What the hell man?If my father was in that situation, I am sure the staffs there will be amoked at. No joke. Lucky for them, I am a patient man. By the way, this is not my first bad experience with them. Oh yeah, they overcharge too.

Next week, I may be going to Johore to visit several estates and an oil refinery mill there. I am too troubleshoot their overtime procedures, and how I can automate this from their hand, so that's one load of my team. Its not like I dont what to go, but I am tight at the moneytary level. I am still absorbing the cost for the Indonesian trip, now another one? sighs.Lets just see if this is possible. If I cant go, I cant go. As simple as that.

New Year Resolution

Well, here we go again. Year in year out, we have resolutions of our own. Well, I have 3.

1. To lose weight
Now bear with me, a big boned dude. I think my weakness is stress. When I am all stressed up, I would find something to munch.Chocolates, Nips, Milo, anything. Oh yeah, and I eat late dinner too. Not to mention, whenever I go to Plantations, they serve me foods like no tomorrow. So this year, I will
-cut down poultry
-take early dinner
-take lots of fruits
Lets see hot it goes. As of today, 1st Jan, my weight is 150kg(glups) I expect to shave some 10 kgs in a months time.

2. To take my wife to a holiday.
Its been a while since we taken a break for the both of us. I have Bandung in mind, the place is cold, clean and cheap, oh yeah, safe too. My tat is after bonus period. We deserve it after so long.Maybe we will go there for 5 days, I take a day off on Wednesday, and be back in KL on Sunday. Insyallah.

3. To buy a house.
This is a bit difficult. As it involves third party. I will try to clear off some of the outstanding loans that I have to achieve this. Traget area ? Somewhere in Ara Damansara or any Sime Darby Property house. Why? Sime folks gets a discount as well as interest free purchase..hehehe.

I watched 'Drag Me To Hell' last night with my wife. Oh my god, instead of my initial expectation to see some horrific stuffs, that movie was damn funny. Sam Raimi should just stop his effort to make horror B movies. Evil Dead series were good, and he should to at them. Too many B movie kinda effects that really made me laughed instead of scared. And for those of you who study the signs, you can find plenty here in this movie. One Eye, Pentagram, Star of David, you name them, all here. Another typical NWO movie if you ask me. Lucky I didnt pay a cent to watch it, so I kinda got free laughs.Oh yeah, and the nest part of the moview, that old lady was supposed to me a Gypsy, but she buried her as a Christian! How funny can one be !!!

Helped my wife to cook 'Masak Lemak Ayam' last night. Nothing fancy, but as usual, her cooking hits the spot. I can really feel the juicy chicken coupled with coconut milk racing thru my trachea, awesome feeling. Whats today's menu? Erm. That reminds me, I have to withdraw some money at the ATM. Oklah. Pejam celik2, dah 30 tahun aku bernafas, well officially 26th of this month. Apa yang aku dah capai selama ini? Adakah cukup? Atau harus ditambah lagik. Dan dari segi apa pencapaikan ini di benchmark kan? Lahiriah? Jasmaniah? Entah. Itu yang aku tak berapa nak tahu. Sama ada pencapaian ini bermakna untuk aku, atau sekadar tangkap muat je. Kenapa ya?

10 tahun = aku darjah empat time nih. Kira baru belajar Alam dan Manusia (subjek old skool nih) Time2 ni aku mmg minat giler pada pelajaran Sains, so ADM adalah satu start untuk aku. Dapat je buku teks ADM, mlm tuh jugak aku khatamkan semua. Best betul . Belajar pasal tanah, air, bumi etc. Yelah, time2 tuh citer kat TV top citer McGuyver. Pasal McGuyver nih, pakai roti sardin ngan telo bungkus pon dia buleh buat bom..huhuh! Time nih jugak, aku aktif dlm bolasepak. Wakil sekolah ngan Zon Sentul. Selalu hari Ahad aku pi training. Time tu lah aku berkenalan ngan pemain2 dari sekolah lain.

20 tahun = aku amik first bachelors aku, in English Language and Literature. Baru setahun jagung di UIAM Gombak. Time aku dulu, tempat tuh tak la cantik mcm sekarang. Dulu2 gerbang tu pon takder, pakai tong drum jer pak guard. Dan time nih juga aku mmg tiap2 malam jam ngan member2 aku. Nothing serious, cuma nak melepaskan tension study. Masa matrix, study tak la tough sangat, masa degree, baru tau langit tinggi rendah. Aku tak minum, tak merokok, takder la nak drug2 nih. Yelah, Allah tak uji aku dgn benda2 tuh, so aku tak buleh juga nak cakap. Tapi alhamdulillah.

30 tahun = ????

Its still undecided, and still open. I have a wife, a family and a huge responsibility following me. I only hope, each decision that I am going to make will benefit everybody, and its correct. Its a freakin' cold morning. Got my ass up and waited for Atan to catch breakfast together. Checking out at 3pm today, flight at 1730. I am really beginning to hate the travel. To long away from home. I dreamt about my wife last nite, and her cooking. Nothing fancy, but that cooking was straight from her heart, and I love each second I savour them. Ok, am heading to the showers now. And then breakfast. Sigh. Ayang, I need a hug..

Dah seminggu aku dok sini. Rindu betul aku kat wife aku. Dah makan ke dia, dah minum ke, ada sakit2 kepala tak? Makan apa? Banyak sangat mender aku nak tanya dia. Tapi yelah, aku nih menumpang kat hotel nih. Tak berani aku nak lanyak telepon hotel nih. Mampos aku membayarnya kang. Dan bila rindu2 nih, aku akan buka playlist jiwang aku seperti di atas. Teringat time2 dating dulu. Isk aku tak dapat nak imagine hidup aku tanpa dia. Takut. Yang, rindunya abang kat ayang.

Sebelum aku pi Jakarta, aku ngan wife aku team parents aku ke Alor Setar, wedding sepupu aku. Bukan aku rapat sangat ngan sepupu aku, aku cuma nak temankan parents aku je. Dema dah tua. Jadik apa2 esok, menyesal tak sudah. Naik keretapi beb. Masyaallah seksanya. Aku mana tau kelas ekonomi seat dia kecik. Gondroi betul Sian bini aku tersepit. Sakit2 badan dia ke sana. So bila balik, aku dok atas lantai kat bontot gerabak. Lapan jam lebih aku duk bawah. Takpe,janji bini aku sihat walafiat. Sorry yang abang himpit ayang :( I will do something about my weight Insyallah.. :(

Ada nasi goreng daging sapi (lembu) ngan mie (ejaan Indonesia) goreng Jakarta, aku amik nasik.

Hari Ahad lepas aku bertolak ke Jakarta. Naik Garuda. Rezeki aku, org sebelah aku tak datang, so aku duduk dua seat la..selesa beb. Tak la aku kene mengecilkan diri aku. So makan pon agak selesa la. Flight aku dalam paper tulis 2 jam, tapi tak sampai pon. Cuma time landing, pilot dia bantai pusing, sampai naik cair taik telinga aku. Berpusing2 kat Airport Soeharto, runaway tak clear kot. Tapi alhamdulillah semua ok. Aku pon lama tak naik aircraft. Last sekali masa pi Singapore. Control takut beb..hehe. Time dia nak touchdown tuh, dapat rasa tayar dia terhentak. Overall aku selesa la, suma aku nak komen. Tali pinggang Garuda Airlines, tak cukup nak buckle org yang pinggangnya 55 inci. Eh bukan pengalaman aku, dengar2 org cerita je :p Flight aku pukul 1230 dari KLIA, sampai dlm pukul 1400.

Aku ngan Abang Atan, apahal la gambar nih kualitas mcm gampang!!

Aku mmg tak tau langsung pasal Jakarta nih. So aku follow je Abang Atan. Kat sini, teksi yang boleh pakai dan masuk akal tambangnya, cuma brand Silverbird. Pengemudi (drebar la) depa pon sopan. Tak kelentong. Menurut Abang Atan, kalau ada komplen 2 kali, kene buang kerja. So perjalanan kami sumer pakai Silverbird. Yang siutnya, ada jugak company lian tiru identitas Silverbird nih, seperti cat teksi kaler sama. Apa la. Kami menginap di Hotel Nikko, hotel Jepun. Sempit beb biliknya. Nak masuk bilik air pon aku kene mengiring. Yelah, orang Jepon kan kecik2. Tapi tak jugak kan, kalo yang masuk tuh mamat Sumo, amacam? So sampai je, aku letak beg.

Kelihatan baju jemaju batik utk famili aku..yang paling kiri tuh, dua2 utk wife aku.

Abang Atan ajak aku jalan, dia kata Tanah Abang best. Tanah Abang nih ada gedung jual baju, beg,yg murah. Benda2 yg bermotifkan Indonesia yang datang ke KL tuh dari sini la. Sampai10 kali ganda harga dia bila sampai KL. Aku beli baju utk wife aku, dan famili aku..aku? takder paper. Janji dema ada. Cukup la. Aku lupa nak cakap, aku datang sini amik advance tau. So belanja kene ingat2 beb. Takleh main henjut je. Untuk makan je, sebab nak counter claim nanti.

So, bila dah letih berjalan, kami pi Jalan Haji Agus. Ada restoran Garuda, nasik padang. Sekali duduk, terkejut aku, penuh meja dema tauk lauk. Konsep dia mudah, usik apa yg kaong nak makan je,tanak jgn usik, so dia takkan kira. Makan giler2 beb. Lapa punya pasal. Lepas tuh Abang Atan paksa aku berjalan pulak, exercize katanya. Pergh mcm nak tercabut lutut aku. So bila time makan, mmg hentam gile2. Hehehe. Bayarannya tong2.Balik hotel, rest betul2. Esoknya Senin, first roadshow kat Minamas HQ.

Kelihatan Pak Wibowo yang metrosexual memberikan penerangan dgn selamba.

Sampai je aku ke office, Pak Kurnia dan Pak Wibowo sambut kami. So tak lengahkan masa, start la Roadshow, atau dalam bahasa Indonesianya, Sosialisasi. Sessi pertama selesai dgn mudah, sebab untuk managers. Senang depa paham.So mudah kerja aku. Pada aku, since Pak Wibowo tak dihujani banyak soalan, should be okay. So aku cuma catitkan apa concern2 yg enteng2 dari management. Dalam hari Senin tuh, ada 3 sessions, management, execs ngan non execs. Yang aku bengang, IT ngan Accenture. IT sekor pon takde, Accenture seperti biasa cuci tangan. Ah pi mamposlah, aku ngan Abang Atan pon boleh kontrol situasi. So the next day, Selasa, lebih banyak sesi brainstorm untuk slide yang lain. Sebab next schedule, Sukamandang Estate, Kalimantan Tengah.

So hari Rabu, aku ngan Abang Atan bersiap2 ke Kalimantan Tengah, kali nih naik Riau Airlines. Budget plane pak. Landing kat Pengkalan Bun Airport. Dua je runaway dia. Lek je beb. Sampai je, ada supir datang amik nak Kijang (Toyota Innova) Oklah, aku don depan. Yang ikut, Pak Julfikar, Pak Atan, Pak Kurnia dan Pak Wibowo.

Masa lalu pekan Pengkalan Bun tuh, bersih giler. Tak mcm Jakarta. Org2nya pon nampak relax je, tak la rushing mcm Jakarta. Hidup relax je. Sederhana. Pekan nih kecik, tapi banyak giler masjidnya. Aku tgk je la. Tempat org kan, sapa la aku nak bising.Naik keter, dlm 150km kot, jalan kampung. Kat Kalimantan kan. Pergh, jalan dia, muat satu keter je beb. Nak buat camner, aku ok lagik. Sekali tetiba supir tuh below masuk ladang sawit..alamak..lagik 70km pakai jalan tanah merah dlm estate.

Aku rasa dah mcm naik kereta rally. Mmg cekap mamat supir tuh, siap Innova tuh panjat bukit. Tak sangka aku Innova tuh lasak gak erk. Minyak pun boleh tahan. Sampai2 je, budak2 trainee kat Sukamandang Estate tuh sambut. Pergh depa nih, mmg hospitable. Layan kita mcm raja. Siap bilik aku, lagik mewah dari hotel. Best giler. Tapi nyamuk banyak. Estate. Nak komplen hapa. So lepas mandi2, budak2 tuh tanya aku mcm mana estate kat Malaysia, adakah estet depa compareable ngan estate kat Malaysia. Aku cakap la, dont think about that. Just work with what you have and improvise. Terhangguk2 budak tuh dgr cakap aku. Aku harap dema paham la, bahasa indonesia aku teruk.

Sukamandang Estate and Training Centre, Kalimantan Tengah.

Mamat ketua Union tuh yg belah kiri sekali, yg tak button shirt dia tuh.

Ok session kali nih agak mencabar, sebab straight ngan kerani estate. Depa nih banyak soalan, banyak yg maut2 gak. Nasib baik Pak Wibowo ada, kalo tak mmg pusing beb. Yang paling banyak tanya, tentunya Pak Ketuo (ketua union, dia ingat dia macho lar) Tapi soalan banyak berdasarkan past operations, so Pak Wibowo la jawab. Tapi biasalah, dema nih skeptikel gak ngan GSC HR, so aku bangun la memberi penjelasan yang agak mampan dan mantop..hihihi

Abang Atan banyak jawab pasal IT. Yang best tuh,mula2 mamat Union tuh hentam GSC, tapi aku kata kat dia aku berterima kasih atas feedback dia, dan aku akan pastikan team Plantations tetap mantop di GSC..dia tepok tangan beb, so anak2 buah dia pon tepok la. Rasa nak nangis pon ada, sebab aku rasa puas hati aku berjaya turn the table 360 degrees. Dan selepas tuh, sessi bergambar seperti biasa..Alhamdulillah, another good wrap. Tak rugi boss aku hantar aku..hihihihhi!

Mission accomplished

So lepas je sessi tuh, kami kemas barang. Kena bertolak ke Pekan Pengkala Raya. Jauhnya 600+km, lebih 8 jam naik Innova. Kali nih driver lain. Naik kematu bontot aku naik keter. Jauh sangat. Jalan teruk, cuaca pon tak berapa bagus. Ada sekali tuh, lagik sikit nak bergeser dgn lori, kalo tak mmg masuk sungai beb. Alhamdulillah, Allah masih bagik aku bernafas untuk settlekan semua hutang piutang dan tambah amal sikit2 sebelum aku pergi. Time tuh, aku terbayang je muka wife aku. Rasa sayu je.Mmg dlm 8 jam, kali sampai ke Pengkala Raya, menginap di Hotel Aquarius.

Boleh la hotel nih, sementara kami nak transit balik Jakarta. Sebab bandar tuh dekat ngan airport.So skang nih, aku duduk bilik siapkan deck2 presentation ngan materials yang tak berapa nak siap lagik. Hari Senin nih ke Banjarmasin pulak, bahagian Sumatra. Flight esok Ahad, pukul 7 malam. Kali nih Pak Kurnia je ikut, Pak Bowo ke Kalimantan Barat. Pak Kurnia dah sound aku awal2, dia nak aku backup dia masa dia present kat sana nanti. Aku pon nak sambung kerja nih. Lepas nih nak tido..ada masa aku update lagik...zzzz....

Its Saturday Nite

Yeh its Saturday, fast following, Sunday, which I hate the most. Since its followed by Monday. I will be in Jakarta, Banjalama, Pekan Baru in Plantations Indonesia's Roadshow.Its going to be two whole freaking weeks, from 14th Dec to 24th Dec. I do hope I will be home for Christmas tho. I am surely going to miss my wife. Actually I do not have to join them, but my boss, being the add hoc master that he is, simply raised my name during management meeting, stating I have the 'chemistry' with the Plantations folks. Well, this 'chemistry' is called, H.O.N.E.S.T.Y Thats how I sold the GSC ideas and processes to them. Plain and simple honesty. I am being a staff first, a Team Leader next. I speak my mind, and I critize what I think and KNOW is not correct. Those consultants in Accenture think they know HR PROCESSES? Phiewie. Sorry folks, you may have the book knowledge, but I have been pulling up my sleeves and doing the dirty work since 2004. Count that, and many of you were still cracking your brains for SPM at that time. Yup. So dont go telling me what to do. Thats why I have the most dynamic team and the most statisfied clients. Numbers and statistics speak for themselves.

Me and my wifey will be following my dad and mom to Kedah, via train.Keretapi Tanah Melayu.My cousin will be having her reception on 12th December. So the gameplan is:
Crazy? Insanity? Madness? Hell yeah. Its not like my parents really forced me to tag along, but they are now senior citizens. And they are travelling all by themselves. I cant let anything happen to them. At least if something happens, I am there. This is what being the first born is all about. And, I freakin love trains

Sadly due to budget constrain, my wife cant tag along to Jakarta. She will return to her hometown in Kuantan, only to return back to KL on Christmas eve. This is actually a great regret for me, if only I have the money..

This Monday is another payroll cut off, for those who dont know, that means all info about your salary should reach the HR already. If not, we cant pay you, as simple as that. Last month was a disaster. We didnt meet the 98% SLA target, due to the introduction of DMR (Digital Mailing Room) Lost invoices, late cases etc you name it. Sigh. But the Group already pumped millions of ringgits foe its implementation. And take a guess it was under whose advice? ASScenture. Sorry folks, Hewitt has better consultancy skills. I dont know why they (Accenture) regard themselves as the biggest player in ASEAN market while their consultants are a like dog poop.Look at the damages they have done in the Invoice Processing alone. Invoice are meant to be paid. Thats why they should flow to Finance first! Duh!

Oklah, enough ranting. Am helping my wife to cook now. Erm cant wait for her dish!

Sekarang nih aku kat Kuantan rumah in laws aku, sempena Hari Raya Eidul Adha. Pergh mmg best, makan tak berhenti-henti. Free flow of red meat, muhahah. Best Giler. Semalam aku ngan wife aku serta mak mertua ngan adik2 ipar aku ke Jengka 24, kampung wife aku. Ziarah anak kembar makcik wife aku. Suka pulak babies kembar tuh ngan aku. Siap tarik2 janggut aku lagik. hahaha.Manja betol. Budak2 la katakan. Bila nak balik tuh, mmg problem giler. Sebab jalan takder line ngan lampu. So mmg mencabar la. Drive laju tapi nampak jalan skit2. Dlm masa2 camni, terima kasih Gran Turismo kerana mengajar aku pemanduan cemerlang sejak tahun 1998. MUahaha. Tapi mmg betul, sebab GT nih racing simulation, bukan arcade racer. So mmg banyak teknik aku elajar dlm game nih. Cuma kene ingatlah, idup nih takder RESET button. Apa2 jadik kalu, sundri mau ingat.

20-22 hb Nov hari tuh, aku pi Sime Darby Team Based Culture camping, read : Kem Bina Semangat. Pergh masuk hutan, masuk sungai, panjat gunung, mmg susah giler. Tido dlm kemah, aduiay, ujan pulak. Mmg lenyo la kasut aku. Aku, paling PANTANG PAKAI BAJU SELUAR KASUT BASAH. Teringat aku masa kerja kat Singapore, pakai pakaian basah pi kerja sebab on the way nak pi kerja, hujan. Subuh2 ujan beb. Koang dok berdengkur lagik, aku dah pi kerja. Nak buat macamnana, rezeki lagu tuh. Redho je lah. Pada aku, janji halal. Dan pengalaman tuh jugak buat aku laku sampai ke tempat sekarang nih. Dlm kem tuh, kami diajar team work etc. Aku mula2 mmg malas giler nak pi, tapi setelah aku pi, aku lebih kenal boss aku Adam, lebih kamcheng la. Senang skit aku nak mintak dia approve apa2..muhahaha. Dia siap hulur tangan masa aku panjat Hamburger Hill (challenge paling susah dalm program tuh) so aku bersemangat. Ada satu kisah, masa aku panjat bukit tuh (curam dia sampai dekat 90 darjah beb) aku terjatuh terjelepok. Masa aku jatuh tertiarap tuh, banyak giler flash kamera kat belakang aku, so aku terpikir, kalau aku mengalah, sure muka aku masuk Sime Darby punya portal, so aku fight ngan diri aku sendiri, aku panjatkan jugak. Org terakhir yang hur tangan kat aku kat puncak boss aku sundri, so mmg best la. Rasa dia ada kat belakang aku. Masa aku sampai, semua org bersorak girang..muhaha.Best best.

Last week, aku bawak team aku pi West Estate kat Careys Island. All sponsored by Sime Darby Plantations Division. First team to be wholly sponsored by client. Banyak giler team lain jealous ngan team aku. Pi mampos la. Team aku kerja keras, so aku ngan Plantations acknowledge that.Kami pergi tgk West Estate, Hatter's Bungalow (rumah pegawai estate), tgk Oil Mill etc. Mmg best ler.So aku kata la kat team aku, kita buat kerja betul2, next year kita pi JB or even better, Indonesia!

PS3 aku trus kaput dah. Tgh kumpul duit la nak beli baru, isk. So meantime, layan PSP jer la. Nak buat camner, ketentuan Illahi. Aku cadang nanti, nak beli Uncharted 2, Eyepet ngan Need for Speed Shift. Beli second hand je la kot. Murah skit. Aku nak hantar wife aku pi amik lesen keter. So boleh la dia pi kerja nanti naik keter. Tak la dia kene panjat dari kaki bukit tuh, dgn anjing liar etc. Lapang skit pikiran aku.

Kang lepas Zohor aku balik KL. Adik ipar aku bawak dari sini sampai tol Bentong. Aku rider dari tol Bentong ke Gombak. Harap2 tak jam. Esok aku kene bawak some of my team members aku kene R&D kat Banting, nak settlekan problem OT utk drivers. Aku malas nak beremail2 nih, kita jumpa face to face senang. 14 sampai 22nd December aku ke Indon, ada roadshow. Uiihh, capek gue..

Lama giler aku tak tulis. Busy giler. Banyak siut kerja aku. Nak intai2 forum pon tak sempat. Bayangkanlah, aku kene lead team Plantations punya HR. Plantation adalah satu business yg rapid expansion dia. Ada je movement tetiap ari. So constantly aku kene monitor la, make sure semua org buat kerja. Masa aku mula2 kerja tempat baru nih, aku ingat SD nih gempak sgt, rupanya sama gak ngan company lain. Disorganized, etc. Biasaklah, mana ada tempat yg perfect kan, ada kerja pon syukur alhamdulillah. Wife aku pon dah mula kerja, realestate. Dia mmg minat bidang tuh, so aku doakan dia berjayalah hendaknya. Gaji sikit takper yang, pengalaman yg penting. Mana tau ada rezeki kita bukak kita punya real estate punya company. Boleh la abg menumpang tuah :)

Last 2 weeks, aku jadik team manager utk pasukan bola department aku. Jadik la. Top five to kat group head office (out of five teams :p) Yang aku sedih tuh, boss2 department, nak mintak sponsorship jersey susah giler. Bukan takder peruntukan, aku pon pelik la. Budak2 tuh main mati2 utk department. Kasik la chance nak vent of stress skit. Dah la depa tak percaya team aku punya prestasi membanggakan, too good to be true katanya. Sebab sebelum nih depam perform just average jer. Now SLA, repo, timeliness, accuracy semua superb. Dan aku punya network ngan org Plantations mmg gempak, depa lagik peercaya pada aku dari boss aku. Have it ever occoured to you that finally you got the right man to lead the team? Assholes.

Ok gak price tuh, mmg aku admit mahal skit. Tapi aku learned the lesson the hard way. Mahal skit takper, janji bila rosak, aku boleh berlenggang ke Sony Service Center kat KLCC utk repairs and whatnot. Lega skit settle utang backlog, aku sambar satu. Cadang nak sambar sekali HDD 500GB terus, sekali harung. Tgk la camner.

Allah tuh maha kuasa. itu je aku nak cakap. Last week aku kerja jadik lecturer kat Kolej Shahputra. Ok la tempat tuh. Students aku pon baik2. Tak la pening kepala aku. Kan aku cakap aku dah interview kat $Ime D@rby? Hari Isnin lepas, depa call aku, kata aku dah berjaya interview. Cuma nak set aku punya salary package jer. Aku time tuh, dapat call time aku tgh mengajar. Terduduk aku time tuh. Aku maintain lagik. The next day, depa kata gaji aku sekian2. Alhamdulillah, power gak la package dia, lebih dari apa yg aku mintak (Aku mintak rm3k je) lepas tuh depa kata aku kene amik surat medical check up and offer letter. So dengan hati yg berat, aku terpaksa tinggalkan sekejap wife aku kat rumah parents dia (selama aku ngajar kat Shahputra, aku menumpang rumah depa, tima kasih Mak, Ayah...Allah je dapat balas jasa korang berdua) balik KL amik the whatnots. Bapak aku punya la happy, sampai semua sedara mara dia telepon. yelah, dekat 3 bulan aku menganggur...tup tup dapat kat MNC GLC pulak! Berkat doa semua org yg aku sayang. Adik aku yg bongsu pulak, alhamdulillah dapat masuk UniKL. Course, avionics. Aku pon tak tau course apa tuh, aku dah sound dia. kene la blaja elok2 sket. Skng nih, sebelum dia masuk (12hb Julai nih) dia tgh lanyak PS3 aku giler2.Biarlah, tempat dia blaja kat Dengkil tuh bapak ulunya. kalau malam drive tuh mmg tak nampak mender la.Insyallah, aku kat tempat baru nanti, slow2 aku nak panjat corporate ladder tuh balik. Insyallah boleh punya. Ramai member2 call aku congratulate aku. Yang peliknya, time aku susah mana koang yerk? Takperlah, mungkin korang busy kot. Aku pon tak kisah.

So plannya, aku kerja giler babeng, bayar semua utang backlog, carik rumah, bini aku akan pindah balik. Meanwhile dia tolong business mak dia kat Kuantan. Aku akan kerja kuat2 supaya dia cepat2 dapat duduk ngan aku. Rindu giler aku kat dia, baru dua hari kat KL nih.

Skang nih aku kat KL, rumah parents aku. Tak ramai member yg tau aku dah balik KL, saja aku nak senyap dulu. Bukan apa, skang nih, priority aku, carik kerja dulu. Yg lain kemudian. Bukan nak buat sombing, aku nih jenis tak leh berfungsi kalau ada masalah dlm kepala.So skang nih aku ngan wife aku terpaksa settle dlm bilik lama aku, setup tv ps3 etc. Sian wife aku, aku tau betapa hebat cabaran duk ngan mertua, tapi demi aku, dia gagahkan jugak.Susah nak dapat org mcm dia nih, sabar ye yang, abang kerja nanti kita carik rumah sendirik. Duit EPF abang pon dah cukup nak beli rumah, ayang sabar skit yer. Sekarang nih abang dah terjatuh, abang perlukan masa nak merangkak, berdiri, berjalan dan berlari balik, terima kasih sebab ada jer belakang abang. I love u yang..

Hari tuh kucing aku Toro kene attack ngan kucing mak aku, Tam. Aku dah dukung Toro dah sebelum depa bergumpal, tapi Tam melompat dah gigit ekor Toro, Toro pon terkejut la, terus dia gigit tangan aku. Dalam gak Toro punya gigitan, berdarah meleleh la. Aku tak kisah, dia tak sengaja. Luka kat jari ibu, so tak dapat la main game dua tiga hari. Rajin bini aku cuci luka aku. I love u yang..

31st May nihVICC Band ada 100 years VICC Tattoo. Aku sebenarnya mmg nak main sangat utk exes punya performance, tapi sebabkan aku takleh kasik komitmen, aku tak dapat. Bukan apa, aku banyak benda dah lupa. Trombonist plak, cuma tinggal aku jer yg masih depa contact. Ok meh aku cuba ingat sesapa trombonist, Saiful Azrin = AWOL, Khairul Fahmi = awol, Chong Chia Liang = Awol, Shahriman = awol, Fazrel = awol, shahrizan = awol....tgk..semua mana tah. aku rasa terpanggil gak tapi apakan daya, dgn keadaan aku tak bekerja nih, susah la..jiwa kacau. mana nak concertrate. Wolverine Origins PS3.
I tried the demo, it rocks hard. It really feels like a Wolverine game, better than the movie IMO. But, I wish Raven can polish up the graphics next time, as it was a jagfest all around. But the gameplay, the mechanics are awesome. Definately getting it. If you like God of War, than this game is for you. I just love how you can decapacitate arms, legs etc.

Itu lah yg aku rasa. Tadik aku call la Mrs Yap tuh, tanya pasal kerja kat Impiana tuh, aku dah confident dapat, tetiba dia kata aku unsuccessful. Alasan dia? Dia kata dia nak carik org yg mmg exclusively handle HR before. Ya Allah, aku rasa mcm nak menangis time tuh. Suara aku tetiba jadik besar. Aku kena control beb. Adui. Ada aku call Cik Wazir follow up homestay kat Kuala Pilah tuh, dia kat Ipoh plak. Adui adui. Ya Allah, Kau tabahkanlah hati hambaMu yg hina nih. Seseungguhnya aku dah takdaya lagi dah. Tolong la kami suami isteri nak mencari rezeki halal.

Duit makin takder. Aku sampai terpaksa jual game aku. Aku jual Star Wars The force Unleashed, Ferrari Challenge, Soul Calibur 4 ngan Enchanted Arms. Mmg la ada yg aku tak main sangat, tapi nak beli bukan senang. Tapi aku mesti berkorban. Kalau tak kami anak beranak nak makan apa. Sesapa nak email aku yerk..atau tinggal je komen sini.

Bapak aku dah kata dia dah submit resume aku kat chairman Sime Darby, tgk kat situ pulak. Aku betul2 rasa putus asa. Susahnya nak carik rezeki halal. Aku bukannya nak merompak, tapi nak carik rezeki halal untuk family aku jer. Entahlah. Allah uji aku dgn benda nih sebab Dia tau aku boleh tahan, tapi sampai bila aku boleh tahan, Wallahualam.... Tadik aku pi interview lagik, kat salah sebuah syarikat perhotelan terkemuka di negara. Aku mmg tak tau la apa dia punya post, tapi member bapak aku, tokey hotel tuh, suruh datang interview.So tgh malam semalam aku naik la bas pi KL. Mula-mula masa bapak aku tanya mamat tuh (Dato') sama ada kerja kosong kat tempat dia, dia kata takde. Lepas tuh selang 2,3 hari lepas bapak aku hand over resume aku kat dia, dia sruh PA dia call aku setup interview. Kata minah tuh, dia cuba call aku hari before that, tapi asyik tak dapat. apahal tah. Aku test phone aku elok jer. Tapi tak dinafikan mmg telepon aku tuh ada prob skit, kengkadang call takleh masuk, sms tak sampai. Entahlah. Tapi beria2 la dia nak call, aku..napa agaknya erk?

Tengah hari tadik aku pergi ke Menara apa tah aku lupa namanya. Aku masuk, lepas tuh aku kata la nak jumpa Mrs Yap, PA Dato tuh. Dia suruh aku duduk dulu. Lepas tuh dia kasik borang kat aku, suruh isik. Aku kata la jawatan apa yg ditawarkan nih. Minah tuh kata dia pon tak tau sebab dah lama takda org interview. Aku cuak gak. Lepas tuh Mrs Yap tuh datang jumpa aku, dia kata siap je aku isik borang, dia nak boran aku tuh personally. Aku segan plak nak tanya position apa yg available. Bell boy pon takper, dapat tips beb! Masyuk gak. Lpeas aku dah isi, aku bg la dia. Dia kata hold on ya my bosses are in a meeting. Aku dah kluar peluh jantan, position apa nih sampai yg kene interview aku tuh Regional Director ngan General Manager. Aku buat2 cool. Mana boleh gabra beb. Kool.

Lepas tuh depa panggil aku, aku jumpa dua org Melayu, sorang muda, agaknya tua skit dari aku la, sorang lagik pompuan tua, datin. Ada diorang bgtau nama, tapi aku lupa, hehe. Gabra. Lepas aku duduk, aku nampak borang aku. Tau apa yg trtulis situ?

Aku tanya apa job scope aku sebagai HR MANAGER. So Datin tuh pon terangkanlah pada aku. Aku menyampuk2 ilmiah la, kene kontrol beb. Berlakon kene gempak..muahaha. Lpeas tuh, aku tanya la adakah sektor perhotelan ngan perlancongan kene teruk sebab ekonomi skang nih..chewwah1!!! Mamat tuh plak terangkan pada aku, aku pon tambah2 la yg aku kata aku ada buat research sektor yg paling teruk effect adalah sektor kilang dan p[embuatan..hahahha..Jawatan mcm tuh, kena la tanya soklan global skit beb.

Sebelum aku blah, depa tanya aku, ada pakai kereta, aku kata ada, kereta apa, kereta proton, proton apa, proton wira, wirma yg mana, wira aeroback..haha banyak tanya plak datin nih. Lepas tuh dia tanya sama ada pasport aku idup lagik, aku kata ya. Dia kata pakai telepon model apa, aku tunjuk la telepon yg aku pinjam dari bini aku, Sony Ericcsson Walkman yg flip tuh. Dia tulis something kat borang aku. Erm...adakah..

Aku rasa, insyallah aku ada can nih. Sebab yg mai interview tuh aku sorang jer. Lepas tuh depa tanya aku soklan bonus, nak gaji berapa. Aku kata la aku tak kisah asalkan berp[adanan ngan pengalaman aku., Depa nak figure gak, so aku kata la dapat RM3500 pon aku dah happy. Depa angguk jer. Datin tuh tanya aku bila boleh start, aku kata sekarang dah pukul 4.30 Datin, esok saya boleh start. Depa ketawa, jadik punchline aku, hihihihi!

Ya Allah, dapat la naknya aku kerja nih. Aku nak sara rumah tangga aku, family aku. Aku rasa dah kusut masai sebab tak kerja nih. Duit kredit jer, debitnya takder. Oklah, sat lagik aku nak blah. Oh ya, plug umah aku short, so semua suis lampu out. Aku malas nak suruh maintanence repair sebab aku nak belah dah pon, nasib baik plug tv sumer ok. PC aku plak meletup, so aku surf pakai PS3 la. Sapa kata Ps3 punya Internet browser tak guna oi. Oklah, doakan ye kawan2. Aku niat nak sara famili aku jer. Amin..

aku pikir2 balik, cik wazir senyap je pasal kerja ari tuh. kerja dia lebih pada event management, aku kene la co ordinate clients punya event. di samping jaga sebuah homestay kat Kuala Pilah. dia suruh aku duduk sana, aku pon orait la, sebab free kan. tapi lepas meeting senyap je, takut gak aku.bukan apa, kerja dia lebih pada share. banyak dapat even, banyak la share. takperlah, dari takder duit. bini aku pon cakap,kalau buat betul2, mmg boleh kasik pecah la. tengok la mcm mana. kalau ada, mmg aku busy la nampaknya. nak main game pon tah tah tak sempat. lagik satu concern aku, rumah free tuh, cik wazir cakap ada anai2. alamak, buruk sgt ke? jgn la jamban kat luar, perit beb. betul2 perit. aku cukup benci jamban kat luar nih, kalo ye mmg ku gali lobang dalam rumah. tension siut. tempat tuh mcm resort dari apa yg bini aku baca, cantik la, ada waterfall sumer. tapi takkan nak melabur kat waterfall. kalo kene melabur pukul 3,4 pagi camner. tak ke haru.

aku ada gak apply kat tempat lain, tapi..entahlah. kalau nak ikutkan, aku mcm dah patah semangat. asyik rejected je. UIA pon reject, Maybank pon reject. Nak kata aku fresh, aku 5 years experience beb. adui. pening betul lah. Semalam aku telephone head hunter yg offer aku interview kat Maybank Bukit Jelutong tuh, nak tanya la pasal kerja itu hari, mcmmana aku dapat tak. Sekali dia inform aku, yg aku GAGAL. What the Ef. Sebabnya, aku jujur sangat. Dia kata aku tulis yg aku ada hypertension dlm form aku. La...bapak tak logik alasan Maybank ni. Jujur pon salah, tak jujur pon salah. Aku serious cakap, time tuh, nak menitik air mata dah. Susahnya nak carik kerja skang nih. Apa la nasib, mana-mana pon kene reject. Ni semua bahana kegawatan ekonomi globak ciptaan Illuminati sial. Lepas tuh aku dgr bunyik telephone. Eh, aku angkat la, rupanya Cik Wazir, sepupu bapak aku. Dia tanya aku, sama ada aku carik kerja lagik. Aku jawab la fuck yeah (tak la sebut fuck, nak tambah drama jer :p). Dia kata, dia ada company, buat homestay and event management. Dia kata, kalau aku nak, dia nak aku kerja dengan dia, jaga homestay ngan even management tuh. Aku mula-mula, masuk area vakum gak, sebab aku takder pengalaman dlm budang management nih, especially property management. Tapi bila dipikir balik, family aku needs feeding, so aku kata yes je. Dia kata, kita kira bisnes anak beranak la. Insyallah, hari Selasa nih aku ke KL, jumpa dia tgk job scope ngan pakej gaji macammana. Aku rasa LEGA dan bersyukur sangat. Tu la, Allah maha kuasa. Baru la semangat skit...Alhamdulillah.

Ok. Aku dah baca komik dia, aku mmg baca Marvel sebelum nih. Pada aku, kalau korang tak pernah baca komik dia, mungkin cerita kali nih menghiburkan. Tapi pada aku, average je. Sebab jalan cerita dia dah jadik TV friendly, sebenarnya tone dia dark lagik dari movie. Lepas tuh ada beberapa plot byte yang agak mengarut, especially masa Wolverine volunteer nak masukkan adamantium dlm badan dia (dia tak pernah voluteer pon beb, dia kene tangkap, tu sebab dia mengamuk kat Alkali Lake) Anyways, cita ni oklah. Tapi utk org yg baca komik mcm aku, susah skit lah.

pada sapa yg tak tau, ini adalah doa nabi Yunus semasa dia dlm perut ikan.maksudnya lebih kurang, Tiada Tuhan selain Kau (Allah) maha suci Engkau, sesungguhnya aku dari orang yg zalim. Doa bila kita dalam kesusahan.

dah genap 2 minggu aku kat sini..takder kerja..Ya Allah susahnya nak dapat kerja sekarang...aku pon..rasa mcm nak give up..berbagai tekanan yg aku hadapi..yg aku bengang kat company cam h5bc ngan konvergis (saya aku typokan) mula2 dah mcm interested ngan aku..alih2 tak jadik. sakit betul la. hutang semua delay sebulan. aku ada gak hantar borang ngan resume kat IKIP, UMP,UIA tapi senyap je. entahla, sat lagik aku nak call UIA tgk mcmmana. aku plan, nak amik tutoring sambil buat full time masters kat UIA. Aku admit, aku tak la suka sangat mengajar, tapi time mcm nih, i dont have that option.

hari Isnin lepas, aku pi interview Maybank call center kat bukit jelutong. sebab aku punya experience, mereka tanya aku soalan2 cam takper ke aku mula dari bawah balik, gaji rendah etc. aku senyum jer jawab takpe. ikut hati, nak je aku jawab nak buat camner, saya nih lari tak laju, kalo tak sure dah rompak bank dah. kadang2, aku menyesal sebab aku berenti. bukan nak jilat ludah sendiri, tapi sebab aku berenti, semua org susah. demi famili, usahkan ludah, kahak pon aku jilat. tanggungjawab aku beb.

hari2 aku bangun pagi, blank. dah biasa bangun pagi. aku mesin kain, bagik makan kucing, check email kalau2 ada email tawaran kerja. ya Allah, bosannya hidup aku..aku bukan tanak pindah balik KL atau ikut bini aku kat Kuantan, tapi pada aku, aku nak pindah tempat yg aku kerja. aku, TAK SUKA hidup atas ihsan org lain. aku dah biasa tolong famili, so pada aku, hal2 tolong menolong nih pada bahu aku, bukan pada mereka. Ego ke tuh? aku pon tak tahu, tapi pada aku, aku yg seharusnya tolong famili aku tanggung jawab aku sebagai suami dan anak sulong.

Maybank tuh aku rasa, dlm 90% dapat. mereka pon aku tgk cukup suka pada aku. yelah, sapa tanak staff yg ada pengalaman, pernah manage dan establish 2 call centers, dibayar dgn gaji murah. nak buat mcmmana. better tahn nothing. aku nak kena kasik makan famili aku, bayar hutang. sapa nak bagik rm2.5k sekarang free2 oi. takder. ramai member2 tolong aku carik kerja, famili pon, aku appreciate. Allah je dapat balas jasa korang.tapi in the end of the day, it all depends on rezeki. Entahlah, hebat betul ujian Allah kali nih. aku harap aku berjaya ujian nih.

Abang Tajudin, mintak tolong aku main trombone utk exes punya performance tattoo bulan 5 nih. aku mmg nak main, tapi nak bagik komitmen nak datang practise tuh yg payah. aku nih, dah la takder kerja, jiwa pon kacau. nak main game pon takder mood. tuh kat rumah tuh. bayangkanlah kene datang V.I Dah lama aku tak datang tgk sekolah, tapi sejak Shapie Apdal tolong V.I dapatkan status Natural Heritage, ada la lega skit darik V.I terima nasib yg sama cam BBGS. Tapi, bangunan tak penting, school spirit yg penting. dan aku dah takder school spirit. banyak lagik benda2 yg lebih penting aku nak pikir.

Life
Boy life is tough. Really tough. I was walking down to the parking lot yesterday, only to look at my bike's flat tire..I was like fuck..I dont know any shops nearby and lucky for me, I saved up some Singapore dollars..if not..sigh..gives me the chills just thinking about it. So I had to push my bike from Science Park all the way up to West Coast. But Allah wanted to help me, while I was pushing my bike, there was a dude there informing me there was a bike shop somewhere in West Point. So I was like, okay..The push was nearly 12kms, and the time was around 2 hours. My shirt was wet with sweat, my knees were swollen, of course I am tired. Have you guys felt sop tired you wanrted to throw up? Well, that was how I was feeling. I arrived at the shop, the fees were 15 singapore dollars. Ah not bad. Wat better than pushing the thing all the way to JB. That is like 50 kms folks. Fifty fucking kms.Ah well, I am not mad. Its all Allah's plan. I am sure there is a reason behind it. Hey, finally I know a bike shop in Singapore.

Okay regarding this case, the victim, Elizabeth Wong's old flame is now the main suspect. Okay, actually I am not interested to talk about the fella. Killzone is just around the corner. So is Resident Evil 5. Unfortunately I can only get them after I receive my final pay, somewhere around 16th March. A long way to go eh. I am currently hogging all the throphies in Burnout Paradise, racing the amount with my wife. Ah, so good to have a game both of us can enjoy togethter. And they way gaming is anti social..lol... One month to go..

Yup, another month to go before my final day here. My last day Insyallah will be on 16th March. My boss already removed my access in the Operations' side, so that means less work. But the drawback? Should any complaints (that will make that bitch prancing like a pony) arrive, I do not have the access and tools to check them out. Ah fuck it. Like I care. Oh yeah, I was browing my HDD, found this amazing Motorstorm 2 screenshots that I thought would be awesome wallpapers, just grab'em. You are welcomed.

Oh yeah, I was supposed to get one job in a MNC Bank, as a Recruitment Manager. Everything went smooth, even my buddy who recommended me told me that they were in the final stages to discuss how much to pay me (is rm8k too much?) but suddenly after I called them, they said I was unssuccsessful. WTF..I called my buddy and he was so shocked,and promised to help me in another company. Ah, what to do. I can only tawakal after my work. I believe there must be a reason in everything. God is allknowing.

This picture was taken on Jan 16th in accordance with our office's celebration on January Babies, and that evening I tendered my resignation. Ah the irony..

So now, I am still applying here and there. I applied to Petronas, HSBC, OCBC, MISC, all via internal connections. Dont get me wrong, they only helped to submit my CV to their HR. That's that. Nothing more. You know, since not everybody is fond on checking work related emails and application. I skipped the queue, sue me. This is the survival of the fittest my friends, and even though I am a bit, how should I put this, meaty, I am still fit..lol!

But there is still one month to go. Still a lot of things can happen. I believe that Allah's earth is too big, and rezeki is everywhere. My wife is an excellent cook, she can literally melt me with her Gear box soup:

I was thiking, if I still do not get ANYTHING by 16th March, I will just go to any walk in interviews (Giant, Jusco and Carrefour came into mind) and apply there. They want people.Thats for sure. And I am going to invest into buying a preassure cooker, and will sell those awesome soup, helped by my wife of course after work. So the things I will have to buy:

a couple of chairs
a drink container
plastics
strofoam cups and bowls
goats' leg duh.

I think they wouldnt cost more than RM300. If I can find a sweet spot anywhere here in my county, I think I can pull this off. Selling the soup, from the back of my car. I will encourage take aways. Why the drink container you say? Because its an ope secret this soup is high in cholesterol(please pardon my spelling, I took Arts stream when I was in secondary school), so we need to counter this with drink high in fibre and vitamin C, yup, fresh orange. From what I gather, most of the shops selling similar soup for RM7-8, contains 2 bones, no drinks. Fuck that shit. You can get a kilo of the bone for what, RM11? And a kilo usually consists of at least 8 bones. You guys are mamaks or Jews? If this thing is pulled out, I want to sell mine for RM7, PLUS DRINKS. its kinda like a combo meal. I think thats a sweet deal. Allah, help me on this.I believe that halal income is better than haram. I know there will be people who will object and critique the idea, but for me, I am responsible to provide my family with needs, as long as its halal, I have no problem.

I plan, once I get my Singapore final pay, going to grab 2 games, namely Killzone2 and Resident Evil5. Played the demo, I was impressed, especially Killzone, boy that game really lived up to its hype. I just hope I have the time to play them after my soup sessions lol

Today 16th Jan (ten days before my 29th birthday), I finally gave my resignation letter to that walking yellow teethed bitch. Yup.Actually I didn't plan to give it out so soon, I was thinking after Chinese New Year would be a more suitable time. But today's incident was the cream of the crap. Personally, I don't care about titles in office. Seriously, I don't want to be a team leader in a dying company. And I am getting to 29th year soon, so I don't think I am a person with team leader skills. I am ready for managerial responsibilities.Its better for me to give them the letter before they give me their letter, if you know what I mean.

Actually, there was a complain from my client that I didn't update the system according to their request. I rechecked my records and I can't find any written request from them. Unfortunately the crap whore head HR of the client accused me of not updating the system (while her HR team members hide, because the know that was not the case), and in that email, she cc'ed my manager. Well, all hell broke lose. My TL, who was out for my blood saw this as her golden opportunity. She smashed me in front of the management, saying I was careless etc. What the fuck. Seriously what the fuck. I was a customer service guy for 2 freaking years and I just started to handle workforce management less than 5 months. I know my work, and I know I cant be THAT BAD. Any big request such as this I am sure to remember. I was really flabbergasted. But my buddy, Joel managed to pull one email from the system that clearly showed that I did respond to client's need, but they gave me incomplete info, so I returned the mail with request for confirmation.Guess what, they never got back to me. So my name was cleared. But still that whore blamed me because I didn't send proper notification mail to the clients before performing year end closing. Fuck that shit, it was never practised before. I was thinking to cover client HR team members, but they never cover me. Well, so much for friendship, fucking weasels. The see me getting fucked by their boss, and none of them interfered to back me up. There were three incidents that forced me to resign, without any proper job offer.

+ My TL was fucked up because she didn't get to the other vendor on time, then she pulled my name out of thin air saying I was the one who was supposed to get to that vendor. Fucks sake, I didn't even know what was the thing about?!!

+ My TL accused me of updating the wrong info in the system, I explained to her that the info in the system for that particular entity was done by operations people.She fucked me without even checking with me, and really placed the blame on me. In the end, the responsible Ops person admitted her mistake. Nobody, even APOLOGIZED TO ME. Fuck!

+My TL, spread lies, saying I told her I was training a lot of people on WFM in K.L last time. For fucks sake, if that was the case, why did I needed the training from WFM people??!

The thing is, management is aware of this problem. In fact, everybody in the office knows and hates her, but nobody is willing to talk about it except me. Guess my balls are the biggest in South East Asia office after all. And without proper feedback from other associates, the management can't do shit.Ah forget about it, its all over.

I have two job interviews on the 30th, one which involves a team leader position in a cable TV company, another one is about hiring manager, in a multinational bank. Am hoping to get that management position. Tomorrow I am moving out of this house, to a condo nearby, Then I have to move back to KL, because jobs are there..sigh..I don't know whether I have the financial capacity for it.. But one thing is for sure, I felt relived after I sent my letter to her. I am sure HR will call me this Monday, if they ask me whats my next target, I am going to say, Uh I want to be a model. This I owe to myself.

Why Metal Gear Solid 4 will NOT be avaliable for XBOX360 (at least not from Kojima Production)

Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots was the biggest game for Playstation 3 this year. This is due to the fact that its the ONLY exclusive title from Kojima Production to stay exclusive on Playstation 3, as confirmed from day one. A lot of gamers, bought a PS3 for this game, like me and I can assure you, we are not dissapointed. Given to the fact of this game's pedigree, there were a lot of rumors that Konami is putting a lot of preassure on Hideo Kojima to port this game to XBOX360. Granted, in terms of hardware and capabilities, XBOX360 will have no problem running the game. But do to several reason, I think this will not be possible. This article will explain why is it so. Okay. This article will ignite fire. Seriously. But I am writing based of facts. Cold hard facts. I will present the facts in POINT FORMS so its easy to understand and digest. Let the dice ROLL.

1. Blu Ray

Metal Gear Solid 4 is on a dual layer 34 gb of Blu Ray. Its that much. As of this writing, XBOX360 is only capable of dual layer DVD, amounting of 8 gb of data. Sure, there is nothing wrong about games with multiple discs. The thing is, Metal Gear Solid is a fanchise that is a head of its time. If you follow the Playstation instalment, the main game came with 2 CDs. At that time, the usage of DVD for videogames were still not avaliable, due to the fact no console came with a DVD drive at that time. When Playstation 2 was launched, it came as a DVD player as well as a game player. And Hideo Kojima was one of the early developers that confirmed Metal Gear Solid 2 for it. Sure, the original XBOX was also graced with the game, but it was also because XBOX was a DVD based console, same as Playstation 2. To seal the deal, after you fight Crying Wolf in MGS4, Octacon said, Snake its time to change discs do you see disc 2. Oh thats right we are on the ps3 system it has Blu-Ray, so we have no need to change discs- See? Its all about utilizing the best technologies for the best game. I have also seen comments from RETARDS stating Kojima should compress everything and it should fit 2 DL DVDs. Really, I really hate to be a party pooper but if you again follow MGS from its Playstation Heyday, Kojima is not a fan of compression. MGS1 came with 2 CDs, MGS2 was about 3.8gb of data, same case with MGS3. And any fool can tell you that lossless details uncompressed to you and me, means more details and contents for the game itself. Do you want to have a complete MGS4 experiece or rather a crippled one? Kojima sees MGS franchise as his own son, I dont know any father that would like to see his own son crippled.

2. Metal Gear Solid 3 was originally for Playstation 3.

If you guys have the Making of MGS4 BD from the SE version of the game, you will notice that Kojima stated as above in the BD. Okay, MGS3 was for PS2 and that dont make any sense right? Okay actually that was a clue on Kojima's support for Playstation. If he wanted to make MGS 3 as a multiplatform title like MGS1 (PS and PC) and MGS2 (PS2, Substance=PS2 and XBOX) he would have done so.To add to that, XBOX was about 4 times more powerful than a PS2. So its not about power. Granted, MGS2Substance sold poorly on 360. And fact, PS2 was the market leader at that time. MGS4 was launched nearly after PS3's 1 and a half year on the market, and reffering to the sales of the console, PS3 is clearly behind XBOX360. So why did Kojima chose PS3 as the platform for MGS4 again? Keep in mind, the reason MGS3 was launched on PS2 was because Kojima himself stated that they cant wait Sony to deliver the PS3 any longer so they opted for PS2. The gist of the story? Kojima is/was anticipating the release of PS3.Nuff said.

3. In game advertisements.

We saw Sony Ericcsson phones, Bravias, Mac Book , Playstation 3, Playstation Portable in MGS4. These are all in game advertisements.That means

a) The developers were PAID by these brands to put their product in the game. Paid here means, the development cost of the game is being sponsored in a substancial amount by the brands. Each brand is a competitor for Microsoft. So would you advertise for your competitor? In this sense, Sony got the upper hand. They sponsored the games development, and if the game lands on MS's console, MS would have to PAY Sony to use their brand in the game.

b) The products were rendered in the game by the developers to advertise it. Ask any graphics designer on how hard to render an original product to fit another scenario. So, Naomi, Vamp, Octacon and the whole Campbell briefing scene were using these brands, would you think the developers will coom to each one of the scene to rerender the product to suit MS's needs? Remember there was a Playstation on a desk in Octacon's lab way in PS1? The GC version of the game, The Twin Snakes featured a GC there, and of course, the game was not from Kojima's team, it was made by Silicons Knights, from ground up.Kojima only supervised. If you watched the Making of MGS4 BD from the SE version of the game, you will know that staffs in Kojima Production were really high on tension because of the game. Hell, even Snake controls MK11 with a DS3. And imagine yourself as Kojima, walk in a room full of tensed employees and say, Good job with MGS4 guys. Microsoft just landed another fat cheque to us and all we have to do is to remodel each Apple and Sony product in the game, replace it with something else. Oh, take out that BD joke too..

4. SIXAXIS Motion Sensor.

MGS4 used motion sensors. Especially in controlling Mantis' dolls. Sure you can use the 360's thumbstick on that, but where is the fun in that? During the boring briefing sections you can tilt the sixaxis up to lift the mkII up. And when you are hiding in the trash bins (who doesnt right? )You can tilt it to peak out.*credits to my buddy Amir for the additional info*Even the return of vibration excites Kojima.

5. Hard Disk Drive is not a standard for 360.

Its an optional add on for 360. MGS4 requires installation due to the large files of the game and the DVD drive cant read data as many as PS3's BD drive. This will be an issue if a gamer buys the game for his 360 yet unable to play it due to it requires a HDD. 5 Gb at least.

There you have it, in point form. Clearly, Kojima himself favors PS3 over 360. I have presented the facts, it up to you guys to think about it. I would love to see MGS4 on 360, but lets face it folks, Kojima is one tough nut to crack. People like him have self respect, and not everybody will bow to MS' dollars. Only if there is another team would like to build the game from scratch for 360, something like The Twn Snakes...

A lot of things happened last week. Mostly sad things. I broke my wife's heart, and she was unable to forgive me. But by the grace of God, she managed to forgive me. I am so sorry Honey, I will not repeat the same mistake again. I am a changed man. I thank you for giving me another chance, this is why I love you so much.. Then, I got MC for three days since last Wednesday. While I was returning from Gents, I felt dizzy and collapsed in the Office. My collegues took me to a clinic in Cine Tech 1, where the doctor gave me MC. Actually, it was a blessing from God, HE gave me the chance to patch things up between my wife and I. It was extremely emotional, I will stop writing about it here.

Poka, our furkid, was hit by a mysterious illness. After we came back from our monthly shopping, I found him looking depressed, so I took him inside. His head was tilting and his eyes were experiencing REM. We took him to the government vet the next day, only to find out that they too are puzzled by it. They suggested that my boy's nerve system is damaged and they is nothing they can do except subscribing some antiobiotics. We nearly bursted into tears. He was looking very week since he was refusing food. But alhamdulillah, after the MA gave him the injection, he slowly stops the REM. My wife did some reading and found out about the desease head tilting desease . It quite rare. I lifted him and place him inside a box in a corner of our house. He cant walk properly since his balancing is already out. He slept all day, but I forced food inside his throat, water too. For me, in order for him to be strong, he got to take some food, by hood or by crook. My hands were bruised by his scratchings, but it was all worth it when I saw him licking and grooming himself the next morning (for you cat nuts you should know that this is a sign that the cat is recovering) I called my wife and we shed tears. Then he wanted to eat, so we game him some. I still cant walk properly, but at least the food intake have continued. So this Hari Raya Haji we are taking him back to KL since he cant take care of himself. Toro will go to the cat hostel. From my wife's reading, it can be resolved with time. No worries Poka, we will continue to love you as usual, no matter how you are.

Motorstorm 2 Pacific Rift

Genre : Offroad Arcade Racing
Platform: Playstation 3 Exclusive Multiplayer : local and online Trophy Support : Yes

Graphics : This game looks better than the prequel (obviously) Rides now are able to catch flame if driven on volcanos etc. But, if I take another peek at Gran Turismo 5 Prologue , I know Evolution Studios can do better.Oh, that screenshot function rocks.

Audio : Supports up to 5.1 Dolby thingamajig, if you have one. The thing is, you can literally hear your opponents' engine at the back of the pack (audio clue) while racing, pretty cook to me. And the rocking soundtrack adds more fun in it. 2 things tho, I hope the next Motorstorm adds blo off valve sounds in the game, most of the vehicles offered are Turbo vehicles so a Blow off valve hissing sound is natural. Oh yeah... NO CUSTOM SOUNDTRACK SUPPORT SUCKS. We demand a patch for this, NOW!

Gameplay : Well, obviously this time the game is set on an island filled with volcanoes, thick jungle and lush seaside. So you do the math. On top of that, Evo Studios also added Big Foots in the game. Yup. Big Foots. I hate them. Since they can screw almost everybody. Pure power yet to slow for my liking. The vehicles handle well, the controller is responsive and I must say the vibration effect is superb. You can almost feel each bump and gravel on the track. And online mode features no lags at all. Also, its region free, means a chap from Malaysia can race with a dude in US without any hiccups.

Innovation : This is a racing game. Adding more tracks and vehicles is already considered as an innovation. This is not Motorstorm's strong point as this gentre is so cliched, however I would like to point out on Evo's network expertise creating a lagless online racing. That is something to be proud of.

Get this if : 1. You dig the first Motorstorm
2. You like franctic action
3. You prefer 'no-commitment' kinda game. This game can be serious and casual.
4. You hate the latest Need for Speed: Undercover.

Little Big Planet

Genre : Action Platformer
Platform: Playstation 3 Exclusive
Multiplayer : local and online
Trophy Support : Yes

Graphics: One of the most best looking games avaliable of PS3. The details of Sackboy is shocking, you can even see his zippers for God's sake! I really like how the blurring technique is used to capture the details of the main character. The colorful world of Little Big Planet comes with vibrant colors, friendly and interesting characters and more. Definately an eye candy and a great way to boast that awesome display that you have,

Audio: Now, this is where it gets interesting. Each stage comes with its won unique track, and coupled with 5.1 sound system, you can hear each shime and chirp inside the game. Seriously.

Gameplay : Its seperated into 2 main components, the usual single player stuffs and the custom level stuff. The single player contains your basic side scrolling action, and to my suprise, when my wife switches the second controller on, her character fromher profile pops inside my 'box'! So its like the second coming of Super Mario. The controls are a bit 'iffy', means sometimes my jumps can go distance, sometimes no. Something that the devs can look at.

Innovation : Okay, the best part. You can create your own level (learn how with the simple to understand tutorial) and publish it on the net. How cool is that. However Media Molecule is extremely strict on copyrighted stuffs, means you cant publish MGS or Super Mario lookalike levels (safe if nobody reports you tho) And how the tropy system works, it forces you to be a all rounder gamer and explore all the functions of the game. Oh yeah, lets say you are stuck on one level, just invite a friend , tow or three to help you on that level.Viola!

Get this if : 1. You want to experience the next gen stuff Sony has been blaberring about
2. You are looking for soemthing you can share with your wife/kids/husbands
3. You like the SIMs
4. You have a Playstation 3. This game is essential in each PS3's owners' library.

That's all for now. Actually I also got Valkyria Chronicles and Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness but I am too busy with those two earlier games, later if I have the time I will review both games. Until then, see you guys.

Today, I am pleasantly suprised when I logged into my favorite message board, The Snake Soup to see this. I guess there are still nice people over the Internets. I am a member of that site and to tell you the truth, thats the first site I would login each morning. The Snake Soup is a very critical fanbase of Metal Gear Solid. I have come across a lot of MGS fansites, but TSS stands on its own. Maturity, thats the game they play there. Members there are matured enough to discuss the plus and minus of each MGS games, without those OMG! KOJIMA IZZ GODZ crap. Thats why, I feel welcomed and from what I have seen so far, I am the only member from South East Asia. Through that site, I learned more about psycholoinguistics, culture and many more interpersonal semantical skills. What I like most about the site is, the members constantly remind themselves that they are humans and they do have a life besides Metal Gear Solid.

Workwise, one of my collegue throws in her resignation letter today. Apparently, she cant stand the workload and the managements' preassure over her. I dont blame her, she was a waitress before for god's sake.Which donkey hired her to do office job, this is a case of a wrong job profile match. Now she handles Benefits for one of our biggest client. Benefits here applies to the full spectrum of Flexi and personal claims. The thing is, the system that my place is using sucks serious donkey ass. Way back in Kuala Lumpur, I was not exposed with it as I was too busy manning the Contact Center. As I am now part of the team, I can see how they work, and I feel blessed not doing what they are doing. Just imagine, client A submits an online claim application and mails his receipts to his HR folks. The HR folks will then courier the receipts to our Operations team here for them fo manually find the receipt, one by one according to the claims submitted online. Isn't that just crazy? I thought system was introduced to make out life easier. Not happening here in Singapore folks. I have suggested to the management to add a function inside the system for the clients to SCAN their copy of the receipts
and upload it into the system. Apparently, the client rejected the idea because they are afraid their staffs would be lining up in front of the scanning machines to do so. Fucking lame excuse if you ask me. This is the problem when clients take us as vendors, not business partners.

On the other hand, my wife is going back to her hometown in Kuantan. She had he final exam yesterday so she wants to relax with her family there. Not a problem with me, she deserves the rest. She will return to Johor next week Tuesday. I guess I will be eating this everyday until she returns..Oh I miss her cooking..

Yeah! I just received a call from her. Apparently we overpaid the university so this month, I have extra RM500 to spend!! Wiiiiiii!! Now I can finally get her that perfume she always wanted..

Today I sent my wife to Larkin. She's gonna take her final paper tomorrow, Psycholinguistics at 3pm. Good luck honey, I know you can do it. Yesterday was nothing much. Since my in laws are already asking about their laptop (they lended one to my wife since she needed it for her assignments), we were busy burning all the Japanese and Korean movies, videoclips and MP3s in DVDs.

Thats right girls, in those DVDRs you go!

So the last time I was busy burning things, it was waaay back in KL. So we was kinda out of DVDRs. Took the car to the nearest Maidin (kindalike a hypermarket for the poor saps) in Bandar Baru Uda, grabbed those bundled 50 pieces, at RM31.90 A bargain I must say, but dont expect it to be those fancy pants Verbatim or Mitsubishi medias. Back at home, the burning process started. I was pleasently suprised, despite the specs of 8 years ago (Pentium 4 2.0ghz, 376mb rams) the PC can still perform. Hell, it still uses IDE as interface! When I get my next paycheck, gonna give her a solid 1gb of RAM and by her a new 160gb IDE HDD.

I read a comment in LYN, about MGO,..about rude..and emo players, which for me holds certain truth. A member there even suggested to switch to Japanese MGO since those people still play for the fun of it without cheating. Let me think about this..the thing is..the game will be in Japanese, which I dont know..yawns.

Since I bought the expansion pack, I was eager to play the survival mode. You know, the mode where you enter and get specific points to buy better looking gear. Not mea ning better in game play (like Monster Hunter Online for PS2) but purely for braggin' rights. Yup. Pure braggin rights. So we can log in and just say, Uh look at that noob, still wearing that mountain bike helmet!Brag all you want pip squeak, yeah, I am still a LEVEL 3 SLOTH. So what? I do have a life. Its not like I want to play the same game over and over again. Unlike most people, my PS3 library consists of more than 10 games*winks*

So there I was, hoping for a good game. Like any soldier, I logged in the lobby, as usual, when people see the SLOTH and the current level i am in, they kinda kicked me. Yeah, kick me Mr Internet Tough Guy, I dont care. So I created a team, THE GREENHORNS. All boobs were welcomed :)

So we started to play with other teams, the first team was okay, consisted of like 6 Foxhounds. Yup. We were slaughtered. We had fun, well at least I did. 50 points there. Then the second team. This is where everything started to go wrong. There was this guy, who could shoot people from behind walls. Yep, he was a Foxhounds. Not saying that all Foxhounds are fucktards, but most of them are. Like this dude. Owned all of us, and freaking proud of his glitch. Even called us fags. What the fuck. Same with the third team. And the fourth team. Glitchers rule baby!

I dont take this game seriously, really. But for other people, to ruin the fun that I am having for a thing that I paid is wrong. So I will email Konami about this and until they fix the thing, am not planning to buy the MEME Expansion. I hope you guys are with me. This is the only way we can overcome this. We paid for a product and we do not what it to be broken.

Tak pasal family aku, mmg dah lama dah aku lompat jambatan Second Link tu. Nasib baik bini ngan mak aku selalu bagi semangat. Dulu masa aku kerja KL dulu, terumata masa aku bujang, selalu je lepak.

So apa? Aku dah kawin, tentu la aku ada tanggungjawab. Jangan nak samakan kau ngan aku, aku nak jadik suami yg baik, aku tak tau la kau. Itu masing2 punya cerita. Aku tak amik port. Lantak la kau nak buat apa. Inilah masalahnya manusia. Bila berilmu sikit, mula la riak. Pandang orang lain hina. Entah la dol, patut la member kita yang dok Setiawangsa tuh pun tak tahan lepak ngan kau. Kau bila org datang, kau nak orang layan kau macam raja. Oi, sedar la oi. Aku beli PS3 dari kau sebab nak support business member kau tau tak? Kau jual tuh sebenarnya mahal. Aku beli gak, nak support business member yang time tuh takder kerja. Itu kau kata aku tak kenang budi? Pergh lu pukir la sendiri.
Aku ingat lagi, kau cerita pasal pedanglah, pasal arwah guru kau la, masa tuh aku respek kau sebab banyak ilmu. Tapi perangai kau sekarang nih tak mcm org banyak ilmu. Terpulang la dol. Engkau lagik tua dari aku. Aku sedih la tgk member2 mcm nih.

Aku bagik sms Selamat Hari Raya pon kau tak balas. Pergh. Islam apa kau nih? Sesia je la kau tarekat sana tarekat sini, hublu minal muslimin pon tak boleh jaga. Terpulang la dol. Mungkin kau mmg suka kawan2 ngan org2 kaya, boleh belanja kau makan, ada HT setup, ada HDTV, ada BD burner, mungkin itu baru merit kawan bagi kau. Pada aku, kawan adalah seseorang yang aku kenal dan tolong aku semasa susah. Dan tahu tanggungjawab masing2 dlm dunia nih.

Kita nih dol, bukan setakat berhappy2 je kat dunia nih. Banyak tanggungjwab lain yang kita kene pikul. Lepas nih kau nak tulis apa kat sig kau, terpulang la dol. Aku bukan pedulik pon. Yelah, aku bukan ada duit nak dulukan duit aku beli game kau. Lancau la. Apa2 yang kau buat lepas nih, sukati kau. Pada aku, kau tetap kawan aku. Kalau aku mati, aku harap kau ziarah la aku. Asyik cakap omputeh jer, naik tergeliat lidah aku. Okaylah, aku cakap Melayu plak. Senang skit, aku pon tak la cramp jari.

Last 2 weeks aku balik KL,raya umah parents aku lah. Since bas aku bertolak 12am Jumaat (kira dah pagi Sabtu lah), sampai jer umah mak aku, terus aku landing, sedar2 dah pukul 10am Sabtu..huh..aku teringat Abang Zahari (dia nih ex instructor band time aku skolah dulu, dia pon ex band gak) ajak aku pi makan2 umah dia, aku pon pi lah. Umah dia kat blakang UIA jer. aku amik bini aku, trus aku cargas sana. Sampai2 jer nampak Abang Tajuddin tgh melantak spagetthi.Aku pon join sekaki lah. Apa lagik, bila orang2 tua berjumpa, borak cam debat kat Parlimen la. Dia kata, budak2 band ramai kat Facebook, join la. Aku ada dgr pasal benda tuh, tapi biasalah aku, asyik main game jer, mana la ada masa. Balik tuh bini aku createkan account facebook utk aku, pergh, mmg ramai la budak2 batch aku. Tapi yang paling aku nostalgia sekali bila aku jumpa gambar kelas aku, Form 5 Kuning. Satu jer kelas arts kat sekolah aku. So paham2 la, segala samseng2 sumer kat kelas aku. Aku plak time maths jer, tarik bag bantai tido. Cikgu sempoi, jgn bising2 dia nak ngajar sudah. Kalo aku credit Math itu hari, dah jadik Angkasawan dah aku nih haha! Tapi bila tgk gambar Arwah Maez tuh, sayu plak. Sedih siut, arwah meninggal. Kelakar orangnya, dia meninggal eksiden. Tahun depan VICC akan sambut 100 years, so maybe mereka akan tubuhkan Old Boys Band balik. Abang Zahari kata nak pudate aku, so aku tunggu jer la. Tak tau la samaada aku boleh main lagik menatang nih ke tidak:

Aku skang nih giler main WIPEOUT HD. Memang layan siut game nih. Dah la buleh custom soundtrack, dia punya resolution 1080i tuh. Giler babeng. Main online mmg syiok. Bayangkan koang bawak hover racing pod pada kelajuan 700 km sejam. Tak giler ke. Tuh bawah tuh screenshot time gameplay tuh.
PSN untuk Malaysia baru jer bukak, so aku dah tukar PSN aku, so sesapa nak add ; XxsnipersnakexX. Antara sebab aku nak jadikkan PSN nih sebagai main account aku sebab

kalau online, nampak la bendera Malaysia, tak la pakai bendera Temasik, busuk siut! :p
Sony akan buat market research, bila ramai yang register, dia akan tahu berapa ramai org pakai PS3. Then, barulah ada chance kita punya local gaming scene nak grow. Time tuh, even game studios akan bukak kat sini. So peluang kerja beb, peluang bertukar2 teknologi. Even developer DiRT ngan GrID office depa kat Cyberjaya tak silap aku.

Hari Raya??? What the EFF!

So its Hari Raya, again. I am here in my in laws in Kuantan. Have been here since 30th September. Will return back to JB this Sunday. Raya for me, this year, was not that special. Lost my grandad (well, not a direct grandad, he was my late grandmum's brother, but the dude did take care of my dad) last Sunday so it kinda killed the festivities mood. But who am I to complain,afterall we are just passangers on His Intergalactic spaceship, so better not to complain. As usual, we paid hefty visits to my wife's relatives, and I am planning to visit my Mak Su in Bukit Sagu this afternoon. She is my dad's sister so we kinda get along well. Maybe I will pop by during lunch, so we can plan that Oh its lunch, do join us fiasco. She is a great cook, which explains why she has her own eatery.
We stopped to view the beach in Pekan. This time I drove to Kuantan frm Kota Tinggi. Not following that cursed Segamat road. The route was tolless, so we did saved a lot. To add to that, the journey was a nice one, since there were no highways, very nice for sightseeing. Definately will follow the same route. The problem is, this Sunday my wife will take a bus to KL while I have to drive alone to JB. Sigh. I hate to drive alone, especially on long journey. And I have to pick my boys along the way. Miss them so much.

As for my gaming, well lets just say its severely interrupted. This is my PS3..in my in laws..

Note that she is not even connected to that TV,(yes, thats a TV) So I just turned her on(hehe) and let her download all the backlog demos. Poor girl. Nevermind, once we are back, we will be back in action!

Next week I am going back to my folks in KL. Aside from Raya, I am planning to take a look at my possible future business,a cybercafe which is located in Shah Alam. I found it here. So Insyallah, if everything goes well, I am planning to purchase that business. I am hoping to turn it into a family business, at least I can finally be a good son and hep my family. God bless. If that's the case, I will give my resignation letter in the end of November and leave on the 31st Jan next year.Singapore, you can kiss my lovely ass.Okay, I need to wash my car now, all the dirt and sand is making me mad! Well, Sunday just flew by. Since I am here by myself, I did things most men do, just chillin' out while Sunday passes by. Today was a bit warm in the early morning alhamdulillah, I managed to get my laundry nice and dry, including the socks, yup. Tomorrow is payday, and by next week Insyallah we will face Ramadhan once again, I gotta make sure our budget is adequate for the whole month at least. But, I have to buy two things this month.

A new Belt.

Given the duration of time it has served me (1996 up til now) it is no surprise, the buckle of of the belt simply, broken. Yup, a buckle made out of steel is now broken, but I still can wear it. This belt is so sentimental to me, I bought it when I visited Sydney in 1996. It has been serving me loyally since. Au revoir my friend, thank you for your services for all this while.It has been an honor wearing you and we had so many memories together.

A new pair of shoes

My Hush Puppies, suede, which I bought sometime in 2003 is finally on its last legs. The sole is worn out, the suede is in saddening condition and there will be hole very soon. One thing amazes me, this shoe is extremely slip resistant. It too, has been serving me well. In dry seasons, those soaking wet rainy days, it makes me comfortable. Its true, men dont mind wearing cheap shirt or pants, but shoes is a non compromise item. It MUST BE COMFORTABLE. Thus, pricey.

Two problems though. Aside from having a beefy build, its difficult for me to find those two things that fit me nicely. Well, its a task that my wife will enjoy, and I can imagine our next trip to Tebrau Jusco City is going to be a long one. Lets face it, finding a bing belt ans a humongous pair of shoes is no a walk in the park. I love you sayang for your patience. Besides, I am aching to have another whack on Johnny's tomyam. Their's is simply supern, affordable and the service is excellent.There is one in Jusco Tebrau.

Oh, I just swapped a couple of my PSN games, Loco Roco Cocorecheo and Pain with one of the forum members' Ratchet and Clank Quest of the Booty and Capcom's 1942.

I loath Sundays

Sundays. Some consider it the first day of the week. Some the seventh. If we follow the Arabic meaning, it derives from A'had. Meaning One. Usually on Sundays, people go for picnics, walks, jogs or at least, walk the dog. Well, not me. Most of my activities happens on either Saturdays of Fridays. Carrefour or Giant trips? Saturday. Movies? Saturdays. Walks? Saturdays. Gaming? Saturdays. Get my point. And why is that? Simply because, Sundays reminds me of Mondays. Sigh. And we know what starts on Mondays? Slavery eh I mean work. Work. We work for the full God damned week, to get paid by the 25th each month, to pay the bills etc, and to work again. I really envy those prehistoric people. Really I do. They didn't have to worry about rents, mortgage, car installments, insurance, paper work, the list goes on. During their time, despite of cleaner air and thicker ozone layer, the only thing they had to worry were dinosaurs. That or some talking donkey.
Hungry? Grab your sword and go hunting. A home? See that goat skin? With a wild imagination, that mere goat skin is a five rooms bungalow, complete with a swimming pool and barbecue area.

Life was a party back then. No wonder those people lived longer. Something like 300 years old of death, is considered as dead too young kinda deal. Tell somebody you are 300 years old today and you might end up as an ISA detainee. If this is a price to pay for modernization, well I don't want to be modern. Lets start back, a simple life. A dad goes to the corn farm, little Ahmad and Fatimah go to school, wife cooks dinner. At three o'clock sharp, everybody is home, living a complete life. Well, compare that today.

Wifes prepares a quick breakfast
Feeds the cats
Everybody off to work/school

Kids attend PAFA/ tuition/ co curriculum activities
Dad/mom takes lunch in office cafeteria

Dad and mom return from work

Amah prepares dinner since everybody is already flat out.

Night

Dad and mom watch TV
Kids study

Okay now I ask you, where did the quality time for family went? If I start my own company (I will Insyallah) I plan to start my office hours at 6.30 am. Thats right folks. Straight after Fajr prayers, you get your asses here in the office. And ends at 2.30 pm. Then the staffs will have all the time in the world for families or hobbies. No traffic jams, no bitching about unbalanced work life. So you have all the time in the world for your needs. Yes?

So that concludes why I hate Sundays. Now I gotta run. Duty calls.

Nothing like a nice nap..

Well, I always tell myself, one day I will blog. It was like.. four or five years ago. Why the delay? Simple, I was plain lazy. That's right, lazy. I am too lazy to drag my ass of the comfort zone to get on the chair and type, mainly because I make my living WITH A DAMNED COMPUTER, now even if I want to kickback and relax, I'd still need a computer? Aww fuck that shit. They might as well implant a HDMI port behind my ears and four USB slots under my chin, so I would be a full fledged computer myself. Nope scarp that. I hate needles. Despite of hunting dragons, taking down tangos (terrorists for you kids) and driving super cars at breakneck speed, I am afraid of needles. Hey can you blame me, even Superman is scared stiff of kryptonites. Well, I gotta congratulate myself on starting this, and I do hope I will update it regularly.I'll try my very best. That's right bitches, good men are all married..

Okay, now here comes the usual crap of introduction. I am a husband, a son and a non hardcore gamer. I was born in Ipoh, some 28 years ago and when I was about five, my family moved to Kuala Lumpur. I basically had my primary, secondary and even my bachelors degree there; Sekolah Kebangsaan Sentul 2, Victoria Institution and International Islamic University Malaysia.When I was completing my bachelors , I met my wonderful wife. Alhamdulillah now we are married for 2 years now. Yup, despite that rugged hard boiled look, I am something like a Sneaker's bar, hard outside, creamy and soft in the noughatty center.*winks*

Actually I am very fortunate, a lot of my course pals kinda jumped in the teaching sector, not like there is anything wrong with it, but I kinda like doing things not done by other people. When I was still sitting for my finals, I got an offer from a MNC company to become a part of their Payroll Processing Specialist. The company was about outsourcing. Naturally, I rose to the occassion and answered their challenge. Lets not name the company, simply because they didn't pay me to advertise them here ^_^ Then after 4 months running payroll, I kinda asked my manager to transfer me, anywhere would be okay. Running payroll was okay, but if you have a, how do I put this into a tender way, ermm.. biased Team Leader, even the simplest task is EXHAUSTING. The office was in Cyberjaya, so they transfered me to Kuala Lumpur office, somewhere in Menara HLA. To tell you guys the truth, I didn't know what position they were putting me into, I didn't care. Getting out of the hell hole was my primary target. So I was assigned to be the front man of their Customer Service team. I was promoted later and a couple of years after that, another outsourcing company, a competitor in fact, bought me over. I was relocated to Damansara Heights. And a year and a half later, I was relocated to Singapore, presently. I got a lot of stories here, but thats another update for the future. Now I reside in Johor Bahru

Okay, my favorite pass time is video games. Thats right, video games. If any of you say video games are for kids, let me ask you how can kids afford such an expensive hobby? My favourite is Metal Gear Solid series, Gran Turismo series, Final Fantasy series and a bunch of them, mainly Playstation 3 titles.Now I am active in Metal Gear Online and Warhawk, email me if you have the same cup of coffee as I am. I also enjoy heave metal acts like Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer,Anthrax, Sil Khannaz, Blind Tribe (are those guys still around??) Sepultura and Soulfly. I also like Marching band stuffs, why, I was a member of Victoria Institution Cadet Corps Band (1993-1997), boy I miss those years.. I got two fur kids, Toro and Poka. Both are local boys, but we do love them. They are part of the family now, and both boys are always on HEAT. Damn.

I don't have the looks, but I ended with a lovely wife..wwwwwootttt!

So what will you read here? Simple, what I feel, thats what I gonna post. As easy as pie. If I feel like crap at work, or just played and awesome video game or if I suddenly became concerned about our nation's political climate, I'll post them all here. Simple. No restrictions.
